It includes a shower room with shower, sink and toilet.



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooks the living space, with direct access to a balcony offering stunning sea views.



Kitchen equipment includes: oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric hob, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.



The living space also offers two mattresses (90 x 200 cm).
