About this property

Charming holiday home with typical southern French flair and a beautiful garden

For beach and bathing fans, cyclists and hikers! Our holiday home with a beautiful garden is located near Perpignan and not far from the Spanish border. The extremely ideal location between the sea and the Pyrenees (each approx. 20 to 30 minutes by car) on the edge of an idyllic village, surrounded by wine fields, allows for diverse and varied activities. Beautiful beaches and breathtaking mountain landscapes can be reached very quickly. The city of Perpignan with its many sights and the typical southern French flair can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
The simple but functional house (terraced house) is located at the end of a quiet residential street on the edge of an idyllic, original village, far from tourism. On the ground floor there is the living and dining area with satellite TV (German and French channels), a spacious kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed. In total there are two spacious wardrobes at your disposal. Also a bathroom with a combined shower / bath and another toilet. Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought by the tenant.
The spacious terrace behind the house has a table with 5 garden chairs and 2 sun loungers. The property is fenced on all sides and planted with oleanders and palm trees. (WLAN / WiFi not available in the house)

In the center of the village you can buy all things you need every day (small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy). Larger supermarkets are in the vicinity.

maison tres propre accueillante literie parfaite seul bemol le refrigerateur beaucoup trop petit surtout quand il fait chaud peut etre en installer un plus grand dans le garage attenant a la cuisinea part ca rien a redire quartier calme voisins tres sympas region superbe montagne mer vignoble vergers nous nous sommes regales que du bonheur il y a eu la tramontane ca ne nous a pas empeche de sortir train rouge les caves de thuir les orgues dille sur tet etc etc

Très bien!

Logement conforme à l'annonce et très propre. On se sent vite comme à la maison. Proche des plages de la côte Vermeille, proche du pays cathare et de l'Espagne, ce qui permet de rayonner et de découvrir plusieurs facettes de la région. A recommander! Une seule petite remarque: taille du frigo un peu juste pour une famille de 2 adultes + 2 enfants surtout par ces fortes chaleurs.

Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und sauber,es fehlt an nichts!Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist herzlich,sie waren immer erreichbar für uns!Die Nachbarn,die Bewohner von Baixas sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit,ein dickes Merci an Baixas Auto,die kleine Werkstatt hat uns sofort weitergeholfen.Der eingezäunte Garten des Ferienhauses war perfekt für uns.Ausflugsziele sind sehr schnell erreichbar,wir werden gerne wiederkommen!Wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause!❤️lichen Dank Familie Sternbacher

Kein Urlaubsfeeling

Im Ferienhaus waren jede Menge Ameisen in der Küche und im Hof. Um die Mülltonne muss man sich selbst kümmern, die Mülltonne war schon bei Ankunft randvoll. Die Matratzenschoner waren vergilbt und die Matratzen in einem Schlafzimmer waren nicht mal gleich groß und alle total durchgelegen. Man lag wie in einer Hängematte. Jegliche Schränke wurden von uns ausgewischt, weil sie nicht sauber waren. Der Kühlschrank war ungleichmäßig kühl- nicht kalt, es gab ein total vereistes Fach, welches aber zB die Kühlakkus nicht gefrieren konnte, man konnte nichts gefrorenes aufbewahren. Die wenigen Steckdosen die es gab, musste man festhalten um sie beim Ziehen eines Steckers nicht aus der Wand zu ziehen, weil sie so locker waren. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast, die Lüftung der Heizung führt ins Haus, dadurch absolute Hitze im Haus, selbst wenn man den ganzen Tag die Klappläden zu lässt und im Dunkeln sitzt. Man muss nachts alle Fenster aufmachen, um irgendwie schlafen zu können. Dadurch wiederum dann die absolute Stechmückenplage im Haus. In der Nachbarschaft die ganze Nacht bellende Hunde. Unser Hund war der einzige, der schlief. Wir hatten uns leider zu sehr auf die guten Bewertungen verlassen.

petite maison de vacances très agréable!!

excellent séjour maison impeccable et très propre , literie très confortable ,bien situé pour visiter; au calme au coeur de la campagne beau petit village Le frigo est un peu petit pour plus de trois personnes et il manque un où deux plats et poêle pour cuisiner. Sinon , a refaire sans hésiter !

Tolle Lage

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in der Region. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage für Ausflüge zum Strand ( Canet) in die Berge und Dörfer -(Ille sur Têt , Eus, Prades, Villefranche de Conflet , in die Städte ( Perpignan, Collioure, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Thuir, Argles sur Mer am Strand ) oder nach Spanien. In 1 Sunde via Autobahn oder man fährt die wunderschöne Küstenroute entlang. Oder man fährt zur Olivenöl Verkostung nach St.Pierre. In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort Baixas. Das Haus ist groß , 3 Schlafzimmer in der 1. Etage und sehr sauber . Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt . Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne war schön für unser Baby. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit dem Kamin sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank Familie Sternbacher. Bleiben Sie gesund . Liebe Grüße Familie Preuß

Ein tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir sind im August mit 3 Kindern und einem Hund dort gewesen und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ganz toll und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, man kommt mit Auto innerhalb von 20 Minuten sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Berge. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es war wunderschön abends in dem Garten zu sitzen und Spieleabende zu machen. Das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt, was mit Hund super ist. Wer allerdings einen jagdfreudigen Hund hat, sollte wissen, dass der Zaun an einer Seite zur Straße hin nicht ganz so hoch ist. Wir haben unseren Hund an der Schleppleine gelassen aus Sicherheitsgründen, auch den streunenden Katzen zuliebe, aber darauf waren wir vorbereitet, es ist ein Podenco Mix.... Aber für jeden anderen normalen Hund ist der Zaun absolut ausreichend! Wir sagen DANKE, dass wir hier Urlaub machen durften und vor Allem dafür, dass das Haus für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern auch noch zu bezahlen ist, das findet man nur noch selten.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und die Nachbarn sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit , die Lage des Hauses ist super in 30 minuten ist man am Strand oder in den Bergen . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ;-)

Schönes, familienfreundliches Haus / Belle maison familiale

Das Haus bietet alles, was es für Urlaub mit der Familie in Südfrankreich braucht, zu einem günstigen Preis. Die Lage ist gut, der kleine Lebensmittelmarkt im Ort bietet alles Notwendige. Wir würden wieder buchen. La maison offre tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances en famille dans le sud de la France, à un prix raisonnable. L'emplacement est bon, la petite alimentation dans le village offre tout le nécessaire. Nous réserverions à nouveau.

Toller Familienurlaub mit Hunden

Gut ausgestattetes Haus ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem sehr charmanten Ort.In Baixas gibt es alles zu kaufen was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt,die Menschen sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett.In der Umgebung gibt es unglaublich viele tolle Ausflugsziele,wir werden wiederkommen!!!

Anders dan we tot op heden gewoon waren

We vonden het een beetje vreemd dat we ons eigen beddengoed moesten meenemen. De eerste keer dat we zoiets tegen kwamen. Ook hadden we de indruk dat de regels rondom corona niet echt zo serieus genomen werden. Ik bedoel mr, wij kuisen voor de mensen die na ons komen, hoe kan dan de woning hygiënisch zijn vr de volgende? Op zich is dit een heel realistische opmerking. Wij verbleven daar namelijk met 5 personen. Enkele dagen na onze thuiskomst bleken er 3 van de 5 corona te hebben! Als de woning na ons niet deftig ontsmet werd is de kans zeer reel dat degenen die na ons gekomen zijn eveneens besmet zijn geraakt. Wij zelf hebben geen hinder van corona ondervonden, zeer minimale klachten en dergelijke. Vr de rest, mooie omgeving, we komen daar graag. De prijs vd woning is onverslaanbaar! En vr dat weinige geld krijg je toch een goed verblijf. De buren zijn ook aangenaam en de mentaliteit van ik stoor me echt niet aan u, doe wat je wilt, sprak ons heel erg aan. Ideale uitvalbasis
