About this property

A private and fenced pool villa near the sea

In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation in the Villa Anamaria! Minutes from the beach, a completely private garden, fully fenced and hidden from all views features a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. A lounge terrace with a large dining table is just steps above the pool. And for all the delicious meals, a charcoal grill is right here!

The interior is completely air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms, and along with the living room sofa, there is room for up to 11 people. We also have child cots if needed. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor, both fully equipped. From the upper terrace there is a wonderful view to the garden.

Supermarket, restaurants, shops are only a few minutes away. The nearest beach in Rabac is only 8 km from the house. There is plenty of parking space on the beach. Front of the house has safe parking places for 6 cars. WLAN is available for free for our guests!
