Awful rental property

This property was not well kept. It smelled horrible, poop underneath bed, ants everywhere in kitchen, wasps on front and back porch. GPS cannot even find this property so good luck finding it. The neighborhood is disgusting with parties, trash, cars blocking street, dogs constantly barking, etc.

This review has been flagged and a claim has been started with Vrbo. Prior to booking my home Nicholas insisted to book my home directly without going through Vrbo, i’m so glad that did not work out and he booked my home on the app. Upon the arrival he brought a pet cat to the home when I strictly have a no cat pet policy. And was demanded to remove the cat right away and was charge a cleaning pet fee. There’s exterior camera doorbell on the home each time the guest went inside the home they blocked the camera which made it look like they were up to no good in the beginning I had device them that cameras need to be visible all times. Also called me at 3 AM about AC now going past 59° , I was suspicious they were doing something inside my home., AC Tech came out to look at the AC units in upon arrival addressed all the windows inside the house were opened. So sounded like it’s not the house problems it’s the guess who has so many issues that should’ve been evicted from day one. They were driving on my property grass and broke my sprinkler system that needed to be repaired. I’ve asked the guest to leave and he promise they will obey all the rules. Please do not rent your home to this guest. VRVO is investigating this guest.

The property is in a quiet area at the end of a private development, with a large pond/small lake beyond. It is spacious, clean, with two double rooms and two single rooms, a spacious reception, a small dining table, a breakfast bar, a seating area on the landing, and a covered barbecue facility outside. One of the double rooms is en suite with a large walk-in wardrobe and storage. The other has an adjoining bathroom. The two single rooms are served by a third bathroom. It served our purposes well. A few minor issues reduced our rating to four stars. We received no access information in advance, but thankfully were able to speak to the host by cell on arrival to get the access code. The wifi password provided in the reception room was not correct and we had to contact the host to obtain it. Some of the power sockets in the kitchen area were not working. The internet failed half way through our 8-day stay and was not restored, making tourism and travel research difficult. Some of the saucepans and cooking utensils were well used and need replaced. There were no teaspoons!

Relaxing

My family and I had a very nice time at this beautiful place it have everything that you need. lots room in the home verry clean good for entertaining and relaxing with your family so I recommend you to stay their if you are in the area
