In the countryside, between land and sea, this 17th century building was reserved for the lord of the neighbouring castle and now welcomes you for your stay in the Côtes d'Armor. This pleasant holiday home awaits you at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers you a modern interior that combines the charm of the present with the authenticity of the original building. The living room opens onto a sheltered terrace with access to a large meadow where peaceful sheep graze and two goats frolic. The forest of Coron awaits you for a walk in the woods. A few steps away, you can discover the medieval town of Moncontour with its architectural richness, folkloric activities and art workshops. With Sables d'Or Pins and Fréhel, you can quickly reach the magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast, where the famous Fort Lalatte monument is located, as well as Pléneuf Val André and Erquy. Plan a day to visit the beautiful Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo, both about 1 hour away. Your stay in the Côtes d'Armor will be full of emotions and beautiful memories thanks to this charming holiday apartment. Cot and high chair on request.

Endroit très isolé à la campagne mais, en voiture, rien n’est vraiment loin. Chouette gîte.

De chouettes moments en famille malgré la pluie. Chambres bien réparties et bonne literie.

Logement propre mais nuits difficiles

La location est conforme, les propriétaires ont été sympathiques à notre arrivée mais placé à côté d'une ferme de cochons, odeurs très fortes, départ de cochon 2 nuits de suite, envahi par les moustiques surtout les chambres à l'étage,parce que trop chaud nous devions ouvrir les fenêtres....nous étions pas les seuls car les murs ont des traces. Lits trop mous et en cuvette, donc courbatures tout les matins.

We hebben niet kunnen gaan vanwege de coronacrisis. Onze ervaringen met Novasol zijn erg slecht. Daar waar Homeaway zegt het reserveringsbedrag te restitueren vanwege de coronacrisis, houdt Novasol het hele bedrag zelf. Dat noemen wij misbruik maken van deze ellendige situatie. Ze verdienen hier dus grof aan. SCHANDE!!

Le gîte est parfait, propre dans un coin tranquille où il y fait bon vivre. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont remarquables. Les enfants ont apprécié la ballade à poney, encore merci. Un très joli coin de Bretagne à découvrir. Nous reviendrons très probablement.

Une jolie maison à la campagne au cœur d’une ferme

Après la surprise de l’arrivée de voir cette maison au cœur d’une exploitation agricole d’élevage de porcs, la maison est bien conforme à l’annonce. Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants. La maison est agréable. Elle est fonctionnelle. Un petit point négatif, pour une location d’hiver, nous avons eu un peu froid le premier jour et première nuit. La maison est à une dizaine minutes de la côte. Le point positif, la gentillesse des propriétaires, de bons conseils pour les visites de la région et très arrangeants, la maison n’était pas louée la semaine suivante, ils nous ont proposé de partir plus tard. Un bon séjour dans une très belle région

Séjour très agréable dans une maison charmante et accueillante

Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse par les propriétaires de la maison ; la propriété est impeccable, spacieuse et agréable à vivre, située dans un coin tranquille, à quelques minutes en voiture des commerces et de la plage. Un petit jardin avec un barbecue et un terrain avec des chevaux à l'arrière de la maison permettent de passer des moments sympathiques. Seul petit bémol : il faut être patient avec la connexion wifi. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances !
