Modern, bright apartment system on the North Sea coast
The facility comprises 4 residential units, each with 160 m² apartments and offers space for max. 5 people.
The 3 separate bedrooms (2/2) are quiet and are all on the 1st Floor. 2 bedrooms with 90 x 200 and a bedroom with 140 x 200 beds. A large, modern bathroom is also on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the entrance to the hallway / HWR with washing machine / open kitchen / dining room with patio door / small bathroom / shower / toilet /
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price, as is the final cleaning.
3 x satellite TV flatscreen and free Internet WLAN are for your entertainment. A washing machine, 2 parking spaces (carport) and a shed for bicycles are also available. Shops and a bakery are nearby.
In the morning the sun shines wonderfully on your own 30m² terrace with garden. Here you can have a great breakfast under the vast sky of North Friesland.

Alles war für uns perfekt. Lage und Nähe zum Zentrum und Geschäften. Parkplatz etc.
Ferienhaus ist in Top-Zustand. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Kommunikation mit Besitzern/Vermietern war prompt und sehr angenehm. Check-in und out ebenfalls easy.

Check in und Chek out lief problemlos. Alle nett und hilfbereit.
Das Haus ist sauber und modern. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur 5-10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Aldi, Lidl und Rewe alles da.
Das Stadtzentrum ist auch in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Klein aber fein.
Die Küste ist in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus - alles super!
Eine tolle Doppelhaushälfte mit viel Platz und toller Ausstattung! Alles noch neu und nicht verwohnt. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Ein schöner Garten. Alles liebevoll gestaltet.
Am Ort selbst Bäcker, Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Tagesausflüge nach Sylt und Föhr ganz einfach möglich.
Als Ostfriesin kann ich nur sagen - auch Nordfriesland ist eine Reise wert :-)

12 Tage Nordfriesland mit zentralem Ausgangspunkt Niebüll
Das Haus ist sehr neu und modern sowie in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Nahezu komplett eingerichtet...vll fehlen im Bad ein paar Ablagen und in der Küche einige wenige Utensilien. Mit gutem Gewissen können wir diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und kommen auch selbst sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Eine schöne Zeit in Niebüll
Das Haus liegt ruhig und sehr zentral. Alle in Niebüll sind auffallend freundlich. Es gibt alle Möglichkeiten mit Maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Einkauf - Aldi, Lidl, Rewe...
Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto.
Das Haus ist hell und freundlich und hat einen schönen Garten der gut zum Nachbarn abgegrenzt ist. Im Haus selber fehlen vielleicht noch ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten in den Zimmern und im Bad - ansonsten gut ausgestattet - sehr sauber- und modern.
Auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind mit kurzen Autofahrten oder Öffentlichen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sehr gut umsetzbar - Husum (sehr schön- Flensburg-Nolde Haus..
Man kann sich sehr gut erholen
