Amazing salt water pool, patio, yard, laundry, kayaks, BBQ,hot tubprime location

Place is a duplex. The owner lives in the back on the canal. Guest would have use of Kayaks, hot tub, furniture, and pool which is in the back. Literally a 5-minute walk to the gayborhood (The Drive), restaurants, entertainment, and stores, Fort Lauderdale beach is 3.3 miles close, and guests may use pool furniture. This place is like a Resort. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, patio, BBQ, beach umbrella, beach chairs and duplex is on the canal.

The space
Quiet but conveniently located to nightlife, shopping, parks, tennis, gyms, and coffee shops. Large living area with 2 separate bedrooms and large living quarters. Laundry roomand a fully stocked kitchen, adjustable workstation. We have put air mattresses in bedrooms and living rooms as well.

Other things to note
Wilton Manor's famous gayborhood combines a small-town atmosphere with all the amenities of urban life. There is also a lot to do, such as walkability, waterways, and wildlife. Don't assume everyone is gay our neighbors are not and some are. There are a lot of bars, discos, dancing, drag shows, Karaoke, singing, restaurants, Gyms, tennis, volleyball, basketball,Pickleball, coffee shops, parks, and some shopping, the area is very liberal.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used towels on the floor in the bathroom and leave the beds unmade that have been slept in and any used robes please put with the towels on the floors or on the bed.
For more than 4 people they will be on the couch or Queen air mattress in living room or bedroom. Single air mattresses available as well. Couches also a pull-out bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be mindful of my dogs and watch they don't drink your alcohol, eat your food, prefer no gum near pool, watch cigarette butts. Thank you!
Please keep the door closed so the AC is not blowing out and no lower than 70° for the AC will freeze up and you won't have any AC.

I chose the neighborhood because of the diversity and how convenient it is to everything The grocery stores the bars the restaurants artwork basketball pickleball volleyball tennis gyms it's a great neighborhood to walk my dogs around everybody is so friendly and helpful, Great entertainment And at the same time this place is like a resort very relaxing and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Spacious clean perfect location and if you like key West you will like it here!
You will love my 4 dogs, 1 yellow lab and 3 King Charles Cavaliers. Can easily walk to lots of night life, restaurants, tennis courts, pickleball around the corner.
