This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. I have been a vacation rental host for 7 years and I enjoy meeting folks from all walks of life and from all over the globe. It has really expanded my understanding and appreciation for other cultures.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a hidden gem. Most locals do not know this neighborhood exists. It is also very unspoiled and reminds me of Puerto Rico and Hawaii. There are lots of large shade trees and adorable smaller homes that have been restored / updated like my house throughout the neighborhood. There are also saltwater canals with boats of all sizes throughout the area.

What makes this property unique

My home is an unmodified house. I love the original mid-century design and look of the home. The home is also updated with warm, inviting colors and a welcoming feel, unlike many homes that are updated with bold / extreme colors like all white or black and white. The colors and styles in my home are timeless- they always look and feel good and inviting :)
