The Domaine is composed of two wings that can be rented together to completely privatize the property and take full advantage of it.

The property "LA FROMIGERE" is an old Charente farm which is lined with exceptional trees including a three-hundred-year-old plane tree.

SOUTH WING:
-The 4* Pavilion cottage: 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room for 13 people. (5 single beds including 2 bunk beds and 4 double beds).
- The 4* Frémigère cottage: 6 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room for 14 people. (4 single bunk beds, 5 double beds).
- The Pin cottage: 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, a kitchen, terrace and living room for 11 people (2 double beds and 7 single beds).
- The Acacia cottage: 4 bedrooms with 1 shower room, a kitchen, terrace and living room for 8 people (1 double bed and 6 single beds).

- The Figuier cottage: 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room for 8 people. (4 double beds).
- The 3* Platane cottage: 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, terrace and living room for 12 people. (1 double bed and 10 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds).
- The Pommier cottage: 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, kitchen, wall-closed terrace, for 7 people. (7 single beds).
- The Poirier cottage: 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, kitchen, wall-closed terrace, for 6 people. (6 single beds).
- The Studio with 3 beds

Base rate per day for:
SOUTH WING: 4 cottages: from 1400€/night. 18 rooms. 42 beds according to the high/low season
NORTH WING: 5 cottages: 1200€/night. 16 rooms. 36 beds according to the high/low season

Pets: 20€ for the stay.
Exit cleaning extra: from 80€/gîte.

A swimming pool in the courtyard with its sliding terrace and slightly salty water.
Several rest and leisure areas (shaded areas, table tennis, petanque) are set up in the garden.

The CHAI room is approved for 60 people and the HANGAR for 110-120 people.
