Excellent base for exploring or just relaxing

The house is lovely and well equipped. Location is quiet and right on a track through the woods so to really explore bikes are advisable. This property is right next to a paddock so we enjoyed a variety of wildlife. The pool and hottub were a lovely bonus albeit both were not immediately available on arrival but Pascal sorted within 48 hours and maintained both and the garden throughout our stay. It’s worth noting the property is on a site which is still being developed so during the week expect some building activity albeit it did not detract from our stay

Les points positifs : Jardin avec piscine et jacuzzi.Les chambres assez grande et aussi les salles de bain.Possibilité d'emmener les animaux domestiques.Les points négatifs :L'hébergement n'est pas fait pour 10 personnes. On ne peut pas dormir dans le salon car les personnes sont sans arrêt dérangé par les personnes qui se lèvent de bonheur le matin.Séjour trop petit pour 10 personnes. Il y a un canapé de 3 places et un fauteuil.Table intérieur et extérieur fait pour 8 personnes car il n'y a que 8 places. 5 transats dans le jardin pour 10.Arrosage du jardin a 23h00 impossible de se poser dans le jardin à partir de 23h00.Pas de climatisation dans la villa sauf des ventilateurs qui brasse de l'air.La maison mériterait un petit coup de fraîcheur.Il faudrait aussi changer quelques éléments de vaisselle.

Très belle villa moderne avec piscine

Prestations haut de gamme et très bonne réactivité de la conciergerie pour tous les petits détails. À deux pas de la forêt, on peut aller faire ses courses au village en vélo ou à pied par un sentier ombragé, on est proche de toutes les plages mais la villa est au calme et on peut y passer ses journées tout aussi bien si on veut éviter la foule.
