Welcome!! We want you to feel really comfortable in our newly renovated and completely refurbished apartment.

The friendly and bright, 46sqm apartment has a very comfortable, 180cm x 200cm bed, a cozy dining area (workplace) with real wooden table, a very comfortable seating area with high-quality designer armchairs and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that offers everything what you need for self-catering. The bathroom is equipped with a high quality walk-in shower and a towel radiator. The balcony is ideal for meals or an evening glass of wine outdoors.

Shops for everyday needs - including a REWE store - are practically on the doorstep.

You can easily reach the exhibition center by car in less than 15 minutes.

The next underground station "Misburger Straße" can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. From there, line 4 runs to the center every 10 minutes (e.g. 11 minutes to Aegidientorplatz)

For longer stays (from 2 weeks) the washing machine / dryer can be used in the house.

Dorothee was very communicative and welcoming. The apartment was clean and quiet and only a 5 minute walk from the U line, which was great. Grocery store, liquor store, and bakery were right at the end of the street and very good.

Appartement zur Messezeit in Hannover

Tolles Appartement, modern, sauber und liebevoll- modern eingerichtet. Super Bett! Alles da, was man so braucht und sich in einem Appartement wünscht. Die Vermieter sehr fürsorglich und nett und immer ansprechbar. Mein Domizil in Zukunft, wenn ich in Hannover bin.

Excellent Apartment

This apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to shopping for groceries and other basic needs. I enjoyed especially how light the apartment was and how thoughtfully furnished overall. The bed was comfortable. It was also impeccably clean. The owner was flexible when I asked for slightly early check-in and very responsive overall. A well-deserved five star rating.

Sehr geütlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber - eine Ferienwohnung, in der man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Empathische Vermieter, die sofort und unbürokratisch auf individuelle Bedürfnisse eingehen. Gerne empfehle ich diese Ferienwohnung weiter!
