Corporate Housing

Our primary home sits on 3 acres of land. We added a 1500ft apartment attached to our home. The apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting area, and front door entrance. The apartment has two parking spaces in front of the apartment. The neighborhood has five homes on the street, all on 2- 4 acres of land. It's very quiet and has the country feel about the area.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great stay at this rental.

Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom with everything we needed for our family visit. I saw comments about the little food in the fridge and the stuffed animals in the bedroom which to me was not a issue . Everything was clean and well organized. Thank you Tammy for being truly accommodating to us. We will definitely rent this again. Clean, comfortable, cozy relaxing, good location and pet friendly. 👍

Holiday Visit

Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner and no refund processed.

Is someone living there?

This apartment appears like someone lives here and leaves for the time it is being rented out as a vrbo. Food in the fridge, used shampoo bottles and soap bars in the restroom, clothes and shoes in the closet, stuffed animals on the dresser for example. (I took photos upon arrival) I just felt like I kicked someone out of their home for 4 days. The apartment is very dirty, hair left on the bathroom countertops, sticky substance on kitchen table, food particles left in microwave, filthy light switches, doors, and faucets. The floors were sticky and the toilet had urine still dripping from the rim. I did not want to stay, but didn't want to fight for a refund. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay the last night and make the 4 hour drive home instead, but still did not ask for a refund. I rated the "location and neighborhood" low as well because there were large pieces of furniture set out on the side of the road across the street like trash that appears to have been there for a long time. The host did agree to allow us to bring our large dog, which is the reason we chose this vrbo (we didn't end up needing to bring our pet) but I did notice they have two very large pit bulls pinned in their backyard and even though they were caged, I'm glad we didn't have our dog trying to potty in their backyard. I hope this review helps the host realize they are competing with clean hotels that can be booked for a similar price.

Lights

The lights are on motion sensors and go out while you are in the house and not moving around. Very annoying.
