BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

The pictures are accurate! This is a beautiful spacious home, 5-7mins away from virtually everything imaginable! Restaurants, stores, fast food and more. Nina was an EXCELLENT host she answered all my questions during our stay and was very attentive.I highly recommend this property!

I cannot say enough good things about not only this property but this owner! This property was stunning and so perfect for our family vacation! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for an afternoon of fun and the theater room was the perfect way to end the night! The owner was so kind and very quick to answer any questions we had! She really has thought of everything in this beautiful property!

Perfect home for family time!

We came to celebrate my soon to be daughter-in-law's bachelorette. This was the perfect home for that!! It was spacious, beautiful, great amenities and Nina was the best hostess!! Great location and property

This was a great property and a great location for those who don't need to be in the center of Atlanta. The host was always available, and the check-in process easy. My recommendation is for the owner to remove the cameras that are inside the home. Outside of this, the stay was excellent.

Wonderful spacious home for family gathering

We had an excellent time at this property! Nina our host was very responsive and made the extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had 12 people for the weekend and plenty of room for us all to spread out. We spent most of our days enjoying the pool. The location is convenient to the airport, and close to good restaurants at Trillith. All in all would definitely visit again!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and spacious! The one problem we had was no air in one of the bedrooms for about a day but Nina was very gracious and resolved the issue as soon as she could!

Mother's Day & Son's 50th Birthday Weekend Events!

The home was more beautiful, comfortable, as well as more spacious than we had imagined. Although the pictures on the Vrbo app, were good, it was so much better when you are actually there in person. We were visiting family in the area, for a series of events, we felt like we were at home. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing, and we enjoyed cooking together. The host responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Would stay here again!"

Great Home with Space for EVERYONE

This property was amazing and Nina was a great host. Great communication with every question we had. Location was great, quiet neighborhood with really kind neighbors. It was definitely large enough for everyone to not feel like we were smothering each other. There were some hiccups with the entertainment system(s) but we managed through it. Also this home is located 5 minutes away from one of the BEST Mexican restaurants in the area! My entire family really enjoyed having Thanksgiving in Atlanta at this home. Highly recommended to everyone. Thanks Nina!

Great Family Home in great location

I want to say this property is definitely a 5 star home. This was my first time renting a home on VRBO and I was hesitant but it was well worth it. The pictures on the internet are exactly what you see when you arrive. The host Nina answered all of my questions in a timely manner leading up to my arrival. The check in process was very easy. The interior of the home was very clean and the pool deck was amazing . The whole family loved being outside and enjoying the pool and spa. My only complaint was that the bedroom above the laundry room needs new bed/mattress. My 11 year old slept in it and I hear on he first floor every time he tossed and turned. He said the mattress was not comfortable. And lastly the television controls were a bit confusing in the living room and near the pool table. We’re already looking to set dates for our trip in 2024 and this is where we want to stay again. Thank you Nina for everything

Even Better than Expected!

Our group was made up of 5 adult siblings and each of our families for a family reunion. We had a mix of adults, teenagers and a couple of younger kids. We had plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for everyone and it did not feel crowded. The house is beautiful, and even nicer and larger than portrayed in the photos (which should be updated to show the enormous couch in the main room, four barstools at the kitchen bar, and better photos of the backyard, pool and deck!) Other than to make trips out to the grocery store, we spent the entire weekend at the house, mostly enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and backyard, which was *definitely* the highlight of the home. We brought/bought our own innertubes and floats, but to have them provided would have been amazing! It was a little odd to have to contact the property manager each time we wanted to turn the jacuzzi on and off, but she was very accommodating and prompt every time -- even very late at night. Bedrooms were spacious and well distributed throughout the house, so everyone had their own space. The beds were kind of small (queen/double/twin) and not super comfortable, but certainly sufficient for a short stay. The house also had several air mattresses, extra blankets and lots of towels that we could use as needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, appliances are very nice, and we didn't have any problems using the oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. There IS a charcoal grill out on the patio, which we were glad to see (and use!) We brought our own, but noticed there was aluminum foil provided, which was nice. We would have liked to have LOTS more trash bags provided, tupperware containers for leftovers, and dishtowels instead of just paper towels. The bathrooms are GORGEOUS in this house and well spaced for privacy and convenience! Toilet paper and paper towels were well stocked and provided. I would have loved to see more hooks for towels in convenient locations next to the showers. We didn't end up using theater room much, unfortunately, because we had a hard time figuring out the remotes, how to get to streaming services, etc. It wasn't a big deal since there are large TVs all over the home, but we didn't end up doing the family movie night we had anticipated because it was too cumbersome to figure out the projector menu. Several people did take naps though in those AMAZING recliners! GREAT stay! Would definitely recommend! Thank you Nina!

Beautiful Georgia Getaway!

Let me start off by saying that this house is absolutely immaculate. My family and I were blown away with this house. There was so much space and the bedrooms were spaced apart so it felt like we each had our own little hideaway when we wanted/needed some privacy. It never felt like we were intruding on one another because there was so much living space. The kitchen was gorgeous. Lots of plates, cups, bowls, etc. to use. There is a Keurig coffee machine and some k-cups provided. We were also unable to find dishwasher tablets or trash bags anywhere in the kitchen. The swimming pool area was our absolute favorite part of the stay. There were also two giant umbrellas that we were able to use to hide away from the sun. We also really enjoyed the theater room. I do think it is worth mentioning the few issues we did have with this property. However, all of them were addressed by Nina, the host. The first and biggest one is that there are cameras inside the house in the main living areas (none in bedrooms and bathrooms). I spoke with Nina and she assured us that none of them were turned on. However, it did still make my family a little uncomfortable since there was no way of knowing for sure whether or not they were on or off. Another issue that we had was that there was a sign on the Skee-ball machine stating that is was a prop and not for use. This same sign was not in the listing and it never stated on the listing that it was not for use. However, after speaking with Nina, she did allow us to use the machine and we had a blast using it. Our family had a Skee-ball competition. I also want to mention the property staff that we encountered over the course of the week. All of them were extremely kind and courteous. Those that were working outside came to the door to make us aware that they were here and they did not disrupt our fun at all. Another odd situation was that we had to text the host every time we wanted the jacuzzi turned on. After the first few days, we stopped texting because we felt like such a burden. While we did have a few issues with our stay, there was absolutely no way we could give this property and our host less than 5 stars. Nina was so lovely to speak with and she was able to help with any concerns we had. We felt like such a bother to ask so many questions that our family decided to stop bothering her and deal with things ourselves. If we ever return to the Atlanta area, this is where we will stay!
