THE APARTMENT
What a beautiful living space of 100 m2 ! LONDON AVENUE features a stunningly maintained wood flooring and a colorful modern decor, the perfect home for the creative souls. When you enter this timeless space, you will be wowed by the volumes : a large sunny living room with a flat screen TV and a marble dining room table that can sit up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen of this holiday rental receives an incredible light thanks to its gorgeous glass-windows, a typical workshop’s feature. No doubt this area will inspire you to cook delicious meals which you will share with your guests on the elegant white marble table in the living room.
THE BEDROOMS
LONDON AVENUE has three bedrooms, each one with their own identity. The master bedroom, to the left of the main entrance, is spacious and has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. As a bonus, there’s a balcony overlooking directly the Avenue de Londres ! An ideal coffee spot if you ask us…
The middle bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom at the end of the hall also features a double bed.
HOW CONVENIENT
LONDON AVENUE has space to store your beach toys, surfboards, bikes, etc. You have a free pass to park your car in the public car park of Gare du Midi, about a 8-minute walk from the apartment.
WHAT WE LOVE
LONDON AVENUE has a small balcony in the master’s bedroom, an extra feature to quietly admire the surroundings and the stunning villas of the neighborhood. You can do everything within walking distance, what a plus !
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Let’s just get one thing straight : LONDON AVENUE is not located by the London Bridge, but a few minutes away from the Côte des Basques where you will have the opportunity to improve your surfing skills ! The Parc Mazon neighborhood is one of BIARRITZ’s most sought-after areas for its family vibes. It might be a bit noisy due to the street traffic from Avenue de Londres but that's what you get when you are so close to the city center and the beach at the same time !
This lovely apartment is cleverly located near the Rue Gambetta where you will find many tasty restaurants (and our agency !). We couldn’t dream of a better location…
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
