Come and relax in this pretty house from the 80s, located in a very quiet area, in a dead end. Easy parking in front of the house. Bakery, butcher, tobacco shop and small shops are a few metres away. City centre accessible on foot or by tram. Close to the Capucins, with its media library, restaurants and shops. Bright south-facing house with fireplace, large kitchen and bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the garden, or go on foot or jogging in the Kervallon park and along the Penfeld.

Très belle maison pour nous accueillir. Très spacieuse.Chacun avait sa chambre.Tout était super. Nous avons profité du jardin pour faire un barbecue. Nous serons heureux de revenir quand nous reviendrons à Brest. Merci beaucoup
