Everyone talks about what you see in listing, i think its important to talk about location. This place cant be beat, it is a 2 min walk from ferry dock, there are several places for a dinner or night out. Two grocery stores just up the road. The location was super easy to get to and from by vehicle. The people in the neighborhood couldnt have been nicer, it makes you feel at home. We look forward to our return.

The property was exactly as advertised. Private location just minutes from downtown. Absolutely the best stocked property we have ever experienced. The kitchen was amazing and there was plenty of gear for the beach. Holly was great to work with and provided us with everything we needed for an incredible vacation. We will definitely return on our next visit to Vieques.

Great stay!

The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and Holly was a great host. We would consider this house again for one of our future visits to Vieques.

This was one of our most memorable vacations. We had been to Puerto Rico many times but never Vieques. We absolutely loved the island, the charming town of Isabel II and the ocean front home we stayed in. Everything was so warm, charming and well appointed. Our host, Holly, a local gave us many tips for places to see while in Vieques. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a real Vieques experience.

Great vacation rental

Holly was amazing! She was helpful with all of our questions and available if we needed anything. Casa Oceana is a great place to stay, walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Hope to stay again next trip!

Absolutely Beautiful House and Location

This trip was our family’s favorite vacation and the house was an important reason why we loved it so much. The design of the house and grounds, the super comfortable king size bed, fully stocked, modern kitchen, and private pool are highlights. Our hosts were super informative and responsive - always ready to help, but there was no need to contact them as the house is in perfect condition.

Beautiful Beachfront Vacation

Amazing location, beautiful and pristine beachfront home. What's not to love? Everything was simply wonderful and the host very communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for the ultimate relaxation experience, but still close enough to town for excellent food and shopping. Will definitely be back! ;)

Perfect getaway

Cutest water front home that has everything you will need for your stay on Vieques: Toiletries, pantry with basics, beach gear, first aid, even sunscreen and bug spray. Holly was hands down the best host we’ve ever had. She checked us in, checked on us and gave recommendations for everything from tours to restaurants to her favorites. We can’t wait to come back!

Simply Wonderful

Everything was terrific. Holly was always reachable and in contact with us. Neighborhood was quiet. And for someone who doesn’t like the beach 😂, the pool was great. We spent the afternoons using the pool.

Perfection!

Very well maintained! Up to date! The kitchen was very efficient with large gas range and refrigerator. The view was beautiful and to hear the waves every night was an added bonus!!

Beautiful Ocean Retreat

Casa Oceana is an amazing property, we were so fortunate to enjoy our Vieques stay here. Even with so many comforts inside the house we spent most of our time on the patios watching the waves or near the pool. The ice maker was in heavy use, and we had plenty of clean bedding and towels on hand. Holly was very communicative had great suggestions for activities. Would definitely recommend!

An escape to paradise!

This place is even better than then pictures! It’s gorgeous! The decor and cleanliness are top notch! The hosts were extremely responsive and checked on us, gave us suggestions. The island itself was so much fun and relaxing. The pool was a perfect size and we would swim at night after beaching it most of the day. The house had lots of kitchen and bathroom items to utilize. We are very impressed! We absolutely love it. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Incredible!

My family travels a decent amount and this was by far our best experience with a rental. Holly was extremely communicative and understanding when a power outage hit all of PR and we were concerned about still coming to Vieques. I am so glad we did b/c Casa Oceana was amazing. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has an amazing view! She thought of everything and the house is stocked with all of the basic essentials you’ll need. Vieques is a treasure of an island and we are already looking forward to coming back and staying at casa oceana!

Sweet Birthday Celebration Location

Holly's place is WONDERFUL!! She is very welcoming and very prompt in communicating. Her rental is superbly located overlooking the water with a huge amount of outdoor space that includes a covered/shaded dining area, lots of seating and a pool that is big enough for more than 'spashing'. The indoor spaces are sparkling clean and have everything anyone could possibly need. (I wish my kitchen was as modern and as well-equipped.) Each of the bathrooms has a good size shower with amazing water pressure. The master bedroom is perfect, while the 2nd bedroom is completely serviceable, if not quite as luxe. Holly has lots of books for her guests to read, and the televisions (3) are new and seemed to work without any issues. The availiblity of the washer and dryer was really helpful. Don't bring too much--you can just wash and rewear a few items. Holly also provides lots of beach towels, some high quality and very comfortable beach chairs, and a well-designed beach tote/cooler for her guests to use. Though in a quiet location, the rental is a short walk from Isabell II, the location of the ferry, stores and restaurants. Holly is a GREAT HOST of a VERY SPECIAL PROPERTY! We look forward to renting from her again in the future.

Such a great place to stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this house. The view is amazing! The house was also well stocked with anything we needed plus things we didn’t even expect. We didn’t know what to think about the swings at first, but everyone loved them. Communication was great, the beds were comfortable and the a/c works perfectly. I will definitely stay here again when on the island.

Home away from home!

This property was great!! It was located at the end of the street, right on the water with absolute beautiful views!! Holly was so responsive to all our questions the whole time and gave us great suggestions for food, beaches and things to do! The house was clean and a perfect home away from home!! It was well stocked with kitchen items that you’re free to use while cooking! The house was perfect! We def plan on visiting Vieques again and look forward to staying at Holly & Ricks property!
