Must see view! For your enjoyment, stay at your cozy 1 story home w/ 5 bedrooms comes w/furnished kitchen and fits 12 people comfortably. RV access w/power and water. Spacious backyard w/putting green and chipping area and heated Spa. Inside of home comes provided w/a convertible dining table / poker table and working game king slot machine for entertainment only, from dusk till dawn enjoy neighboring hiking/bike trails, water activities, golf and of course the Las Vegas strip just 16 miles away!

Our gorgeous single-family home was recently renovated to deliver the best experience during your visit. Located only 25 minutes from the Strip and McCarran International Airport and minutes from the busiest streets in the heart of Henderson, this is the perfect home for your stay in Las Vegas. Make yourself at home! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room.

- Please turn jets off and lights off and replace hood when done using
- We will require a $300 refundable security deposit
- NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Only 12 Guests are allowed in the house (Children count as guest too). Violation will result in a $1000 fine from the City and the Security team will be called to remove all guests. IF you get complaints by neighbors by the second time, you will be removed immediately.
- Smoking is only allowed on the left side facing the property! (The putting green side).
- Trash container will have be stored to the side of garage. We will have a co-worker come by to place the trash container into the side of the property every Monday.

Great property, well maintained and super clean. Very comfortable beds and many little "niceties" like sugar packs for coffee, soap/shampoo in baths, nice game area, etc. Also has an awesome view of the strip, especially at night. A property we would definitely stay in again!

Exactly what we were looking for.

This property was perfect for myself and 4 friends. We were in town for a softball tournament and the house was clean and the AC worked. My only complaint and this is MINOR is the the barbecue grill was garbage and pretty much unusable. I would recommend this house for anyone that wants to stay in that area.

Great Location!!

Me and my buddies planned a golf trip to Vegas and decided to go the more affordable route and get a place further away from the strip. That being said, this place is in prime location! Close enough to the strip to go out at night, and far enough away from some of the craziness that is Las Vegas. The house was super clean, and the host was super reliable and fast with communication. Great place overall!

Great vacation home!

We rented this home for our family vacation to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Vegas. The property was exactly as described on the vrbo listing and was in a great neighborhood. The rv hookup outside the home worked out great for us as we drove cross country from KY. Communication with the owner was seamless with quick responses to any questions we had. Our children really enjoyed the hot tub and the putting range in the backyard. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We were traveling with older parents that have a hard time with stairs, so this being all on one level was perfect! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The small complaints I have is that there is a hot tub, but no extra towels for the hot tub, and they have a large patio out back with no furniture. The weather was so nice in the morning and evenings that it would have been nice to sit out there to relax. Overall, it was great!

What we loved: The hot tub jets and temperature were easily figured out on the control panel and the sliding door into the master bedroom was handy. There are 5 nice bedrooms, and if you like a firm mattress with no lumps, you will get a good night's sleep in this quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped for meals and meal prep. Notes: bring your own washcloth. You can take a kitchen chair out to sit on the patio if you need it. No need to bring shampoo, handsoap, kcups, or towels. The washer is on it's last legs, but the dryer works great. Also happy that we didn't have to do lots of chores before checking out. Would definitely stay again

Great Location

We had a great stay, close to everything we wanted and a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms and yard. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day - our favorite part of the home. I would have given 5 stars but there were no regular pillows for some of the beds or pillowcases to use with the decorative pillows as a substitute. Also, there were smudges on the walls at some places. But overall, it was perfect for our needs as a family. Linens were very clean.

It’s unusual to find a single story home with 5 bedrooms with a dedicated RV driveway with hookups and enough room to pull into backyard and close the gate giving a sense of security. Located not far from the strip with access to outdoor activities close by. The hot spa and gaming table provides rejuvenation from your days adventure as well a putting green which includes an area to chip from. Very private and quiet location.
