Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this single-storey villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children whilst combining comfort, space and privacy thanks to its main villa and independent annex.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofas and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals on the covered terrace whilst enjoying the view of the swimming pool.



On the night side, the main villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a king size bed (180/200) and a television

Bedroom 2: equipped with a trundle bed with two mattresses (ideal for two children)

Bedroom 3: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) a television and access to its private shower room (separate shower and WC)



A bathroom with an independent toilet, shared by the two first bedrooms, also completes the villa.



The annex has an equipped outdoor kitchen (gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a covered terrace with lounge area and pool table, ideal for your convivial evenings.

On the sleeping side, you will find on the ground floor a bedroom equipped with a double bed (200/200), a television and access to its private bathroom. Upstairs, the open mezzanine accommodates two single beds, perfect for children.



For your comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.

You can park up to 4 vehicles in the villa's private car park.
