Modern 2 room apartment with balcony and lake and mountain view as well as internet / WiFi

The apartment "Seeperle 2" has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a 55-inch LED TV, a modern kitchen (coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, Toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc.), Internet / WiFi, underfloor heating, washer dryer, hair dryer, bed linen and towels.
Free parking for your car or Bicycles are available in front of the house and in a private parking lot in the underground garage.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. For the 3rd A mobile guest bed would be available to one person - ideal is an occupancy for 2 people.

The location is central with all amenities nearby. The historic old town of Meersburg with the New Palace and Meersburg Castle is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the lake with its ferry system and the beautiful waterfront. There are shopping opportunities in the form of Lidl, Edeka, Norma, Rewe, etc. and can also be reached on foot or by car within a very short time.

Please note that in the high season we generally only rent our apartments on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In the low season, the minimum rental period for our apartments is 2 days and you can arrive every day.

Nette Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch das Wohnzimmer aus. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein, das Bad noch etwas kleiner und die Dusche viel zu klein. Die Bilder im Inserat vermitteln einen anderen Eindruck. Schade war, dass auch in der Wohnung auf Mülltrennung hingwiesen wurde, aber keine entsprechenden Behälter, Tüten und für den Plastikmüll auch keine Tonne zur Verfügung stand. Die Wohnung liegt ca 1 km oberhalb der Altstadt, aber die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe und es fahren stündlich Pendelbusse Richtung Altstadt und Seeufer. Bäcker, Supermarkt und guter Pizza-Service befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Für Hundebesitzer: direkt von der Wohnung gibt es schöne Touren zum Gassigehen.

Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die kleine Dusche haben wir als kleine Herausforderung gesehen. Das ist für uns aber vernachlässigbar.

Perkekt für uns Radler als Ausgangspunkt

Wohnung im 2. Stock, Tiefgaragenstellplatznfür Auto und auch für Fahrräder, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestatter Küche, Kühl-Gefierschrank-Kombi, Nespresso-Maschine Einzig das Bad ist recht schmal und eng, allerdings mit einer Wasch-Trocken-Kombi.

Top Ferienwohnung, ruhig und sauber

Sehr saubere, gut erreichbare Ferienwohnung, die an nichts fehlen ließ, mit Tiefgaragenplatz und separatem Keller für E-Bikes. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Meersburg werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen diese Wohnung wieder zu buchen.

Wohnung wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Bad jedoch extrem klein, für Kurzurlaub und nicht mehr als 2 Personen aber ausreichend. Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, daß die Altstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist jedoch auf dem Rückweg eine Steigung bewältigt werden muß (nicht für jeden geeignet). Wenn man damit gut leben kann ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Einziger negativer Punkt, ist das Bad!!!! Es ist sauber aber für etwas dickere Menschen, nicht gut geeignet... wenig Platz für Toilette und zum duschen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Tino

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir verbrachten 3 Tage im November zusammen mit unserem Hund in der Seeperle 2. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und es fehlt (außer evtl. einer Wolldecke) nichts. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr klein, aber das ist in Hotelzimmern oft genauso. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich (in der Norma) ein Bäcker, der auch sonntags offen hat. In die Altstadt ist es nicht weit.

Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, neuwertig. Toll war der Kaffeevollautomat und der Tischgrill. Großer, überdachter Balkon, Ruhige Lage. Gut zum Erholen. Allerdings Blick zum Bodensee liegt in der Ferne.
