In our cosy and well-equipped holiday rental, you’ll enjoy a relaxing getaway with plenty of that Lake Constance vibe. You’ll find two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom with natural light featuring a walk-in shower and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. You’ll also have your own washing machine at your disposal. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own entrance.

Start your day, for example, with breakfast on your balcony, which offers a partial view of the lake.

You can park your car in your designated parking space on our property.

You’re also welcome to bring your bicycles. Our lockable bike garage also offers a free charging station for your e-bikes. Of course, you can also rent bikes locally, right in our immediate vicinity.

The apartment is perfect for families with children, friends, or couples. Your four-legged friends are also welcome here (for an additional fee for final cleaning). Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the garden, not even to “do its business.” Out of consideration for other guests, we also ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.

Important Note:
One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.


Location:

Take a short walk to the romantic old town of Meersburg, with its variety of restaurants, shopping options, and diverse attractions, such as Meersburg Castle, the oldest inhabited castle in Germany.

Simply leave your car in your designated parking spot on our property and enjoy the view of Lake Constance on your way into town.

You can reach the lakeshore in no time at all and enjoy the thermal baths, the beach area, or the free public swimming spots there. There, you can also discover various recreational activities, such as mini-golf, playgrounds, or pedal and motorboats. Along Meersburg’s long promenade, you can relax and unwind with an ice cream, a delicious meal, or a visit to one of the many wine bars.

From the large BSB harbour in Meersburg, you can take passenger boats on excursions around Lake Constance, even as far as Austria and Switzerland.
The car and passenger ferry to Konstanz is also just a 10-minute walk away.

In Meersburg and the surrounding area, you’ll find many winemakers and wineries. Look forward to the wide variety of Lake Constance wines as well as regular wine tastings.

If you’d like to reach your destinations by bus, there are several bus stops just a few minutes’ walk from your accommodation.
