About this property

Clean, Cozy, & Well Appointed Bedroom w/att Private Bathroom

Gay Married Couple - Welcomes you to our totally updated and remodeled 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, Modern Spanish Villa set on a semi-private wooded/tropical 1/4 acre lot in a nice, safe centrally located area just minutes from all major attractions.
Our home is located just off Tropicana Ave.
The Strip, T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium, The Thomas and Mack Center, and Airport are within 10 to 15 minutes via Tropicana Ave or 215 frwy.
We have designated off-street parking.

We are set up to give guests their own private space as well as set up for no-contact, self check-in. You don't feel as if you're invading owner's space, as room is near the front entrance.
Room is on lower level (there are no steps).
Owners spend most of their time upstairs with their young son.
Note: This is only room that we rent out. We don't have other rooms for rent inside house.


Cozy, clean room with all new furniture, paint, flooring, bedding and linens.
Kuerig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave in room.
55 inch TV w/Roku, Disney Plus, Hulu and Netflix as well as quick wifi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Dwayne was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the stay and the place was very clean and had everything we needed (and more) for our stay including extra water bottles. The room had a safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, and even a bunch of magazines on all the things we could do in Vegas (not to mention all the extra resources Dwayne messaged us directly). Dwayne was an amazing host and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Thank you for the nice review. Regarding cold showers, we added a brand new water heater within the last 6 months. There should not be an issue if you let the water run until you feel hot water.

The most amazing stay I have ever had. Dwayne was an amazing host and his family is so lovely too! The place was so relaxing to come back to after being out and about all day in Vegas. I enjoyed coming back and seeing the fish swim in the fish tank on my way to my room. It was easy to park and had all the amenities one could need and more. Very stylish place and super safe neighborhood!I went to Vegas for the Backstreet Boys and had the absolute time of my life. I definitely recommend and will be back 100%!!

Perfectly Cozy

My husband and I had a short stay here and it was absolutely everything we could've hoped for! The room was lovely and had everything we may have needed impressively organized in the closed for easy access. We were quite comfortable here and our brief interactions with the owner were equally enjoyable.

Elegant house!

I was only there overnight, but the bedroom I was in and the rest of the house that I saw was so beautiful. It looked like a millionaire she lived there. It was a mansion of some kind, but anyhow, beautiful, beautiful place, and the young man who was taking care of the place was very, very nice

Great Place To Recharge

We came to Las Vegas for the Sphere and REO Speed Wagon. Downtown was crazy busy, so it was great to stay off the strip in this beautiful home. We had a perfect room and bathroom with everything we needed. The bed was comphy, we had a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave & tv. Check in was simple and communication between us and the host was great. Thank you for a great weekend experience.

This place was perfect for a single woman staying in Vegas for two nights. The suite is well appointed with every thing I needed. Clean, nicely decorated in a lovely quiet home. I had my privacy, easy check in, and in a great location. There is a “pod” coffee maker, so bring your coffee and fixins. I’ll always stay here from now on.

Perfect Night's Rest

Lovely manager, location and property. We ended up coming in very late and the manager waited for us and was sure that we had everything that we needed. Extremely clean and organized. Decorated in a neat fashion. Loved the ease of checking in and the private room and restroom. If we are back that way again, definitely would stay again...this time longer!
