MINIMUM AGE: 25!! SORRY NO PARTY GROUPS -NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!!
This new to owner condo is the perfect vacation spot!! Located just 1.5 miles from The Bagnell Dam Strip and within the 1 mm by water. From the parking lot this unit is up 2 flights to the top floor level. Walking up to the unit you will find a gas grill and walkway to the screened in porch.
Walking in the front door you will enter the living room/dining area. The living room currently has 2 reclining chairs and new queen sleeper sofa. A large flat screen TV sets above the electric fireplace. Sliding doors to the porch reflect the beautiful lake view. The vaulted ceilings give this top-level unit a spacious feel!
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and tools to cook during your extended stay! Four barstools at the breakfast bar and 4 chairs at the dining table to accommodate maximum 8 guests. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the hallway between kitchen and main bathroom. The water softener is in the laundry room.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and sliding glass doors to the porch. The second and third bedrooms are opposite, just passed the entry and kitchen. The first bedroom offers a queen bed. The second bedroom off the main bathroom has a new double queen bunk. The main full bath has access from the second bedroom as well as the hallway off the kitchen.
The screened in, covered porch has the most stunning lake view! Sit back and relax at the counter height patio table with 4 chairs or the new sectional patio sofa!
Harbour Towne Condo complex offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, playground, walking trails, and a lake side boardwalk - all very family friendly!
Boat slip 12x28 is $45/night. Please be sure to mention at booking if you need to reserve the slip. Slip is straigt out from Condo!!!
Trailer parking available for $10/day.

I'm sorry you had issues with the steps. I do feel my description and the photos honestly disclose this. Being a top floor unit typically means steps and you can clearly see the amount of steps from the parking lot by looking at the photos. You may want to look for a complex that has elevators in the future or check before booking.

My grandchildren loved the space and view off porch. Close proximity to things we wanted to do. My only very small issue was the liquid hand soap in main bathroom was so so watered down it didn’t even foam up - same with Dawn dishwashing detergent. I would have brought my own had I known.Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Will rent again from you.

Vacation with our grandsons

The condo worked well for a “grandson” vacation. Each grandson had their own queen bed. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock. One item to note in regard to the property…the bottom surface of the lower pool is very rough. I would recommend water shoes if you are going to do much swimming.

Great View, Spacious, 5 min to Bagnell Damn

My only complaint - They need a new cleaning staff !!! I had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen before getting settled in. Toilets', Tubs, Sinks, were filthy & hairy. The kitchen sink and counters were filmy, dishwasher was scummy. Other than that the Family had a Great Time !!
