I am a soon to be retired school teacher and my husband is a retired Marine, this is our first VRBO property and our goal is to make it the best short term rental house on the Gulf Coast!
Why they chose this property
This property is new construction, so it has a very functional layout and everything is in excellent condition. Most of the furnishings are also brand new.
What makes this property unique
There is only one neighbor (with a privacy fence between) and it is very conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, casinos and Old Town Bay St Louis
