Haus und Lage gut /ruhig , kurze Wege zum Strand und Zentrum Innenausstattung sollte mal erneuert werden , für den Preis aber soweit alles gut

Das Haus entsprach nicht dem was auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Alles war unsauber und teilweise in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.

Die Lage war super. Toll das der ...

Die Lage war super. Toll das der Beach Shuttle direkt hinter dem Haus los fuhr. Am Strand war es richtig toll einen Platz mit Schirm und Liege zu haben! Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn beim Duschen oder Toilettengang. Ansonsten eher ruhige Lage.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinterhalb von dem Haus fährt direkt der Beach Shuttle, der kostenlos ist. Der Bus fährt alle 15 Minuten, man muss also nicht mal lange warten. Man kommt zu Fuß auch prima zum shoppen oder zum Luna Park. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man hört wenn die Nachbarn auf Toilette sind oder duschen, als würde man direkt daneben sitzen. Auch jede Treppenstufe kann man direkt hören. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings weder Seife, noch spülmittel oder Klopapier vor Ort. Man muss also alles extra mitbringen oder einkaufen. Auch keine Gewürze oder ähnliches. Der Parkplatz ist direkt dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und können die FeWo weiterempfehlen.
