The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 48 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and stove in all rooms (wood/coal). The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine.


Location
Otočec, 330 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Wine huts or Židanice, as they are called in Slovenian, are located in the hills of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina. In the past, Zidanice served as a wine storage and a place where the winemaker could host his closest friends. Vineyard Cottage Luštek is located on the quiet and peaceful vineyard hill Trška Gora, above Novo mesto, the capital of the Dolenjska region. The Luštek holiday home is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyards with a magnificent view of Novo mesto and the Krka Valley. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Open parking in front of the Vineyard Cottage.
