This new coastal chic condo offers astounding views of the gulf due to its floor-to-ceiling glass windows that surround the living area. The dining area hosts seating for 6 at the table and an additional 3 at the bar. The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, with ample counter space and plenty of cookware to create a wonderful meal.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with direct gulf views and an ensuite bathroom that is perfect for a relaxing soak. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath, while the third hosts two full beds.

Room was great, clean and spacious. Being on the end, our balcony had some extra space. The view was fantastic, and getting to the beach from the condo was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again. For my wishlist, I wish the master bedroom had a sliding door, or at least a window that could be opened. Would have loved to listen to the ocean in bed!

Great Corner Condo facing the ocean

Inside of condo looks just like the pictures. Could have been a little cleaner. The pool was a bit disappointing. It was very cold and not like the pictures. . It showed tennis courts in the pictures however there were none. Rug, cushion and garbage in sand below our patio. I contacted Kristi about it but it never got picked up all week. Hence my low rating for the property manager.

Annual Sister/Friends Trip

We enjoyed our stay 100%. The unit is decorated beautifully and I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. The bldg is obviously an older blg. Cosmetically it is very nice. However there are a few issues that need to be addressed. There were several extension cords being used because plugins were not in a user friendly place. Also we had an isse accessing the unit with our key code because it dosen’t work as you would expect. Theres a process. Maintenance had to come out and he explained how to use it. We had no other problems after that. The sliding door to the balcony is hard to open but easy to close. All that being said we absolutely loved the beach area ♥️🏖️. Not crowed at all but still close to all the places we enjoy. The only thing lacking was having direct access to an outdoor pool straight from the beach. Perfect Location Perfect Beach. We had a great time

Needs some attention

We stayed 2 weeks at 301T and had a great time. The condo had lots of windows which make for great ocean views. The decor was lovely. The couch was comfy, as was the master bed. The condo, however, needs some serious updating. There are 2 items that need to addressed immediately to avoid a personal injury lawsuit. The toilet in the secondary bedroom is not connected to the floor! The tub in that bathroom is missing the grab bar and is just gross. And the corner of rug under the dining room table is turned up and catches your foot every time you walk by. The refrigerator and microwave are rusted. The flooring has gaps and visible seams. The flatware is really cheap and flimsy. And a there is a shortage of wineglasses. Hope you address some of these issues.
