This condo is located on the 14th floor of the Phoenix 10 building which is right beside the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge in Orange Beach, AL. There's No Check In procedure to deal with or standing in lines. When you arrive go straight to your condo, get your swimsuit on - then Hit the Beach! If you get tired of the beach move to the beautiful outside pool area or take the kids to the kiddie pool. If the weather happens to cloud up or turn cool in the winter just move inside to the indoor heated pool and hot tubs. This property was shabby and unclean. We had family staying in three other units on the property and they were lovely. This property had carpet and furniture that was stained and unclean. The fridge was dirty. We had to put sheets on top of the furniture in order to sit here. I contacted the management and they said they would call me back or find another unit. They never called me back.

The drawers in the bedroom and bathroom were dirty. The clothes dryer did not work properly. After trying to dry through three cycles we had to hang clothes around room to finish drying. There was no extra blanket for the bed.
