A lovely home with everything you could want, in a community with activities galore! Priced well below market this home is terrific, and well provisioned with everything but your food! The owner is super responsive and a pleasure to work with! Already booked for next year!!

We had a wonderful time staying in Sun City. Our neighbors were wonderful. They included us in many different events. It was though we had lived there for years. Great facility with a million things to do. Property owners were very available and helpful although we really didn't need that much help.

Great Location
I’m giving this VRBO a rating of 4 stars because of its location although it is an older home. If you’re renting because you’re having a house built or waiting to close on your home in Sun City, this is a great location. It is close to most amenities and main streets such as Sun City and Del Webb boulevards. Also, you can’t beat the price and it has a huge, amazing TV. If you have a pet, be aware that the property does not have a fenced-in backyard. You’ll have to be with your pet at all times while outside, especially for their own safety since there is wild life in this area. Please do NOT feed the wildlife. That includes deer, turkeys, foxes, etc. They have lot of useful information on their coffee table, make sure you go through it, it will help you with the WiFi connection. There is also a map of the community on the table. They have placed instructions around the house to help you with the use of the different appliances. They’re building a garage and a porch so it can get pretty loud starting at 7:00 am. Overall, this was perfect for us.
