About this property
BELLA - Vacation Home & Ultimate HangOut Cave
•4 Bedrooms (all upstairs)
•2.5 Baths
•Gameroom & Pool Table
Come and make beautiful memories in this modern vacation dream house and its unique outdoor hangout cave. It offers plenty of entertainment for the entire family, including a pool table, a Foosball & Smart TVs in every room.
The cave in the backyard is a pool conversion where you step down into a unique hangout space with a sunken TV area, a game/poker table, a mini fridge, and even Bluetooth speakers for fun. There is a mini-split AC in the Cave, and on colder days, it has a wall-mounted electric fireplace.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all your cooking needs, including an air fryer. The Texas-sized fridge and pantry are big enough for a whole house. In the mood for some Texas BBQ? Simply step outside to your covered porch and light up the coals in the barbecue pit.
Ladies, stop by your personal Wine and Coffee Bar for some Me-Time before you head upstairs to unwind. You will find four spacious bedrooms with ample closets and dressers for storage.
Besides a king-sized bed, your master bedroom offers a love seat and a reclining chair for your self-pampering. This room is perfectly complemented by its master bath with a double vanity and a jetted tub.
San Antonio has connecting walking/biking/hiking trails throughout the city! If this is your thing, do look into it as it is totally worth it.
Bella is 5.6 miles to Fiesta Texas-Six Flags Over Texas (amusement park), 5.4 miles to La Cantera (shopping/dining), 7.4 miles to Sea World, 16 miles to SA Zoo, and 18.5 miles to the famous Riverwalk & The Alamo.
"Historic architecture fans will relish San Antonio's well-preserved offerings. It was founded by the Spanish in the 1700s, and many of their institutions and structures are still in use, from aqueducts to the UNESCO World Heritage Site missions, which are still active parishes. For history buffs, a tour of the Alamo - one of the state's most revered landmarks- is a must, but take an extra step to separate myth from the actual history.
Steps away is the city's famed River Walk, a 15-mile urban waterway where you can hop on a boat to take in the city's charming sights and sounds. With its large Latino population (one of the largest in the country), many sites in the city highlight the community's role in shaping the city. Attend cultural events, enjoy Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine, and support the artisans at the Mexican Cultural Institute, Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, and the Historic Market Square (El Mercado), a marketplace that dates back to the 1700s." Mark Louis Rybczyk - author of San Antonio Uncovered
For future planning: Annual events include a RODEO (February), FIESTA SAN ANTONIO (April), and the TEXAS FOLKLIFE FESTIVAL (June).
