It is located on one of the quieter streets in the center of Esens. The North Sea spa Bensersiel and the beach are only four kilometers away and are located directly on the unique natural spectacle "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage". Positiv: - Gute Lage - Schöne Maisonettewohnung - Waschtrockner - Wohnzimmerschrank mit vielen Gesellschaftsspielen Negativ: - Küchenausstattung reichhaltig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. z.B.:Lampe über Spüle mit Wackelkontakt - Gastherme im Schlafbereich (hinter Schrankverkleidung), von daher leider immer ein Geräusch hörbar
