North Sea Oasis Pethan 1 - downstairs - non-smoking apartment with sauna - no pets

A quiet, detached, and very comfortable non-smoking holiday home with 2 comfortable apartments and a sauna, situated on a 10-are lot on the outskirts of town.

The Pethan 1 apartment on the ground floor features a cosy living-dining area with a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a fully automatic coffee maker (or an alternative upon request), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two movable box-spring beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet, a large southwest-facing terrace, and a beach chair (available from April through October). The final cleaning fee must be paid on site!!

The Pethan 2 Comfort Apartment has a separate property number.

The garden, complete with a sandpit and a climbing swing, is available to all guests of the house.

In the annex of the house, you’ll find our small wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna with a view of the vast fields (use for a small fee). A washing machine, a clothes dryer, and an additional bathroom are also available here free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi via a fiber-optic connection is available throughout the house. We have a few bicycles available for a small fee. Unfortunately, the Vrbo rental price calculator cannot determine the correct rates. For example, families with children under 16 do not pay a surcharge, and we will adjust the rental price accordingly. The visitor’s tax must be paid separately to us, and we will send the visitor’s tax cards along with your travel documents. (Unfortunately, this cannot be configured that way)

The large garden, approximately 700 square metres in size, offers plenty of space to relax in one of the beach chairs and play in the sandpit or on the climbing swing. The North Sea dike, visible and only about 850 metres away, is within easy reach. The coastal resort towns of Neuharlingersiel, Harlesiel, and Carolinensiel—with their vast array of recreational activities—can be reached in just a few minutes via the well-developed network of bike paths. Parking is available on the property. Garage available upon request. The Nordseeoase Pethan is a strictly non-smoking property.

Upon arrival, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc., are of course provided; guests are responsible for purchasing more if needed.

Our prices are always valid for a maximum of 2 adults and their children up to and including age 15. Additional adults or children aged 16 and older are charged €5 per night. For last-minute bookings, please be sure to call. The phone number is listed in the rental terms and conditions.
The fees for final cleaning (required in all cases) and bed linens/towels (optional) must be paid in cash on-site and may not be collected by Vrbo or by us. We rent exclusively in accordance with German law!
