About this property

BERCK PLAGE Charming house in a good location with garden and bicycle garage

On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom with a dressing room, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washing machine and a dryer, plus a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor: a 40m² living area with a living room, kitchen, dining table and a small terrace. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two with a 160x200cm bed and one with two 90x200cm single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A garage is attached to the house for your bicycles, scooters (or motorcycle). You are close to everything: the Seal Beach, the Berck-Plage covered market, the town centre and the Entonnoir (a local landmark). Everything is easily accessible on foot. PGJyPg OPTIONAL: Per room, bed linen + towels for 2 people €20, or €80 for 8 people

Spacieux, fonctionnel, bien achalandé au niveau vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.Idéal pour un groupe ou une famille.Bien situé à tout niveau et en face du stade pour les amateurs d'activité sportive.Précision: très bien pour une famille avec grands enfants ou ados, mais pas avec des petits, car il n'y a pas de rampe à l'escalier du bas.Excellent séjour
