A Crotoy Located in a quiet residential area, 100 meters from the beach, spacious villa welcomes you with family or friends to resourcer you in the Somme Bay.
The ground floor is occupied by a full basement, handy for storing bicycles.
Very bright thanks to its triple exposure, the first floor has a living room, a modern kitchen, opening onto a large veranda facing west, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two bedrooms and a separate WC .
Upstairs are two large rooms decorated to the taste of the bay, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The south west PAYAGE garden features a large veranda with table, barbecue, deckchair.
You are 5 minutes walk from the center of crotoy, 100 m from the beach.

Easter holidays

We had a really great time staying in the house, which had everything we required and was located in a fantastic area just a short walk into Le Crotoy. Would definitely recommend the property and the area which was a great base to visit the north coast of France. Thanks to the owners.

Great stay!

This house is spacious, very well-equipped, full of light and very clean, with a large enclosed garden. The location is ideal - quiet, near the town centre and a five-minute walk to the beach.We really enjoyed our 5 days here and would be happy to return.However, the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Perfect for us

We traveled as a party of 6 adults, one toddler and two dogs. The property was very spacious both inside and outside with plenty of parking. Fantastic location for beach, shopping and restaurants. Shops and restaurants were about 15 minutes walk for us. Everyone was very friendly.

Maison au calme hyper équipée . grand jardin paisible , arboré et clôturé .Maison très agréable à 100 m de la digue que du bonheur!communication avec l'hôte top .Accueil top ! Un grand merci à Madame Marseille pour son accueil , ses explications et sa disponibilité en cas de questions . Rien à dire à part séjour parfait !beaucoup de beaux endroits à visiter ! très belle région!Attention pour les amoureux de baignade elle est interdite à Le Crotoy !Les animaux sont les bienvenus et avec le jardin clôturé c'est top .Par contre ils sont interdits sur la plage.Vous avez envie d'un séjour au calme , reposant dans une belle maison full équipée ? Très belle villa, idéale pour un séjour en famille, dans un quartier résidentiel au calme. Proche de la plage pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants ! Située à 15/20 minutes environ à pied du centre ville. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Il manque toutefois quelques espaces de rangements dans celles du haut. Cuisine bien équipée et jardin avec terrasse ensoleillée très agréable aux beaux jours.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah am Strand und hat ausreichend Platz für uns 4 Erwachsene und den 2 Hunden geboten. Die Hunde konnten im eingezäunten Garten rennen und am Strand toben. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Bis ins Zentrum vom Le Crotoy sind wir ca. 25 Minuten gelaufen. Der Weg ist sehr schön, entlang der Promenade, zu laufen und bietet jeden Tag neue Eindrücke.

Je recommande vraiment cette maison Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine au crotoy Une maison bien équipée, propre, super bien située proche de la plage et du centre Je ne peux que recommander cette maison Nous sommes partis à 8 et 2 chiens le terrain est cloturé, les chiens sont autorisés sur la plage porche de la maison

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Insgesamt haben wir uns eine schöne Zeit gemacht, aber vom Haus waren wir bei dem Preis doch enttäuscht. Die Gegend ist schön, auch wenn man das Gefühl hat, dass das Wasser fast nie ‚da‘ ist. Der Strand ist nah, aber nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet aufgrund der starken Strömungen. Das große Plus des Hauses sind der umschlossene Garten (keine Ausbüchsmöglichkeiten für den Hund) und die Betten, die sich gut geschlafen haben. Ansonsten ist das Inventar nicht modern, die Kaffeemaschine zu alt und selbst bei vier Personen zu klein. Besonders die Bäder bedarfen einer Generalüberholung. Die Toilette oben war nur für Pipi empfohlen, tropfte ständig, so dass wir den Abfalleimer unter den Spülkasten stellen mussten und die Toilette unten lief ständig. Der Garten könnte bei besserer Pflege schön sein.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très lumineuse, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Située non loin de la mer et du centre ville du Cretoy, jolie petite ville…. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Mme Marseille très à l’écoute.
