We loved our cabin at this KOA campground. Everything about it was perfect. The host were very friendly. We loved their homemade hotdog sauce. We will definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for two nights with our kids, the campground had a little pool, mini golf and play area. The kids had a lot of fun. It was conveniently located close to all the things we wanted to see including the Carter Caves State Park and various hiking spots.
The cabin was comfortable and clean. This KOA was quiet and comfortable, and it was the perfect amount of space for my fiancé and our two dogs. We only stayed for one night as a stop on our cross country road trip, and I’m so glad we booked here!

It was fine.
We stayed for 1 night during December. They had a couple of heaters that really helped because it was a very cold night. However, the communication was bad. They did not have any instructions on how to check-in and check-out on the app. It took forever to reach the manager to get instructions. After we got there we did not have running water in our cabin (there was a cold snap a few days before and it was understandable but also enough time had passed). The sheets and pillows had a lot of dog hair.
The night that my girlfriend and I visited the cabin, it was unseasonably cold. The owner informed us two hours before we arrived that the "water was frozen".
When we arrived, the sinks, shower, and toilet were frozen solid and unusable. We had to end up finding another place to stay that night. To the owner's credit, he refunded me the next day, but this is the only positive thing I can say about the stay.
I am sympathetic to the unprecedented cold weather, but it was very inconvenient to discover that the cabin was essentially unlivable upon arrival.
I wish the owner had checked the cabin sooner and/or let us know that the cabin was uninhabitable after seeing that it was entirely frozen, so it would be easier to change our plans, it was very frustrating.
Our stay at the charming cabin nestled in KOA was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the serene surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff. The cabin itself was a delightful retreat, offering all the comforts of home with a rustic touch that enhanced the experience.
One of the standout features was the effective air conditioning, which was a blessing during the warm summer days. It kept us cool and comfortable while we enjoyed lazy afternoons on the porch, soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the campground.
What truly set this experience apart was the incredible service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, even helping me recover some items I had accidentally left behind. Their kindness and efficiency made a significant impression on us.
The location itself was perfect for exploring the beauty of nature. Surrounded by tall trees and the sounds of wildlife, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether we were simply unwinding by the campfire under the starlit sky, every moment was filled with a sense of tranquility and adventure.
Overall, our experience at the VRBO cabin was absolutely wonderful. It provided the ideal blend of comfort, nature, and exceptional hospitality. We cannot wait to return
The cabin was very nice however the bed is horrible to sleep on. Very hard with no cushioning.

Owner/manager poor communication
No checking in procedure sent in advance of stay & it took over 5 hours to get a response from the host. KOA Campground office never responded/answered the phone at all.
This was a very clean cabin, nice and cozy, had everything you need, refrigerator, stove, sink, shower, a bed, and a fold out futon couch.
It was great, I'd have no problem recommending this cabin to anyone!
What a great overnight experience. Management of the RV resort had the cabin warmed up. It felt very welcoming.
This was a much better stop than some motel for my adult son, dog and me.
