Come and Relax in this Redesigned Open Floor Plan Single Story French Boutique Bungalow. Beautifully renovated offering 2 King beds and 1 Queen. High end furnishings including, Restoration Hardware sofas, Ethen Allen and Magnolia Home. Uniquely blended with Industrial, vintage and Farmhouse style design that all guests are sure to please. Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Ashland, hospital, college, Museum and local restaurants. Quick access to I64 and US 52 in the tri-state Ohio/WV/KY area. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout for an extra fee of $50 when available.

Great place!

This property was great for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were on the larger side and the decor was perfect. The kitchen had enough room to entertain and the backyard had a large deck with a fire pit. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Ashland area.

Perfect Arrangements!

This was a perfect place for my wife and her parents to stay while visiting family in the Ironton and Wheelersburg areas. The house was clean and located in a darling neighborhood of older well built and remodeled houses. Comfortable beds and wonderful accommodations. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Super comfy and super clean!

La Chic is a super warm and comfy home with everything you need and more. It is decorated so cute. There were even fall decorations for Thanksgiving. The owners are super nice. We can very highly recommend this wonderful little treasure. It made our stay in Ashland so enjoyable!

Happy to be there.

The only drawback for us older folks was that we found it a bit crowded, which could cause tripping or falling if not careful. Also, we found the dinning room chairs difficult to manage--very heavy. The owner was so gracious, and we would stay in another of her houses in a heartbeat. Just short of a 5 star rating. We would make it 4 1/2 stars if we could!

Loved staying at La’Chic! The property is decorated with a French flair. The neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated being able to bring our two schnauzers with us. There was plenty of room in the three bedrooms and large kitchen. I particularly like the island in the kitchen where we could sit and enjoy meals. I would recommend this property without hesitation and I appreciate it the fenced in backyard for our girls. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quaint bungelow

This bungelow was a perfect base while investigating genealogy in the area. It's a sweet home in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. Great area and easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Nice home

The home was clean and very nicely appointed! The only issue was that the listing says two bathrooms, however, there's only 1 full bath so should be listed as 1.5 baths. My husband and a colleague shared the house, as they were travelling together on business and unfortunately, had to take turns getting ready the following morning, as there's only one full bathroom. Other than that, they had no complaints!
