Welcome to our Bay Haven Breeze where you can bask in the beautiful Gulf Coast when you and up to 6 family and friends vacation at Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This house is newly renovated that offers upgraded modern amenities. Within 3 minutes drive from your doorstep, you can be dodging gentle waves and wiggling your toes in silky sugar-white Gulf sands.

Please note: that the minimum age requirement to book this property is 25 years old. Our maximum capacity is 7 people. We do have available 3 parking spaces. Our State license number for short term rental is DWE6218039. Our County certificate number is STR25-00043. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
