Great home in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby cities. The pool table was a huge plus for the kids. Host always responded promptly to any questions that were asked. Made for a great stay for a short getaway.

Great location. We were close to so many different beaches. Amazing price for what it is. Host had great communication, last minute I asked if we could come a day early and he was able to make it happen. If you want a beach feel close to beaches without breaking the bank this is the place. Will definitely book again.

One of the best properties we've stayed at. Well stocked with all of the basics and all the beach essentials you might need. The pool table and mini golf were great to keep the kids entertained while at the house.

Our first time using VRBO, we were VERY pleased with the house. It's so nice being able to cook for yourself when on vacation and not having to rely on fast food, and all the beach equipment near the laundry was a major help for our time on the sand!Jason was super helpful with figuring out the reservation and we never had to wait on a response from him in the app.It didn't feel like a hotel, it felt like borrowing home from a friend.

The beach house is a classic old florida style home that has been thoughtfully redesigned as a great rental property. The home was very clean; space is well used, with everything neat and organized. We really enjoyed the firepit, and made use of the mini golf and pool table as well. Just be careful when shooting pool, as the screen is very close. Although we were in town for a wedding, we managed to get to the beach for a short time one morning. It is a quick easy drive to Indian Rocks Beach and the beach is beautiful. Jason was a great host, quick to respond to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this cozy home close to everything! Jason is a great host, very communicative, and full of great information about the area. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fabulous, great water pressure. The fenced in back yard was a bonus for our pups and special needs granddaughter. Thank you again Jason for a great couple of days.
