Our villa-apartment features:
- First level: garden, pool, bedroom with AC, interior garden room, family bathroom, living room (no AC), kitchen
- Second level (loft with lower ceilings): 2 bedrooms with AC, bathroom
Please note: our staircase connecting the main level and loft is steep, so we do not recommend for small children and oversized suitcases.

As seasoned travelers ourselves, we've crafted the perfect haven as our main family home and happy to offer it for your summer vacation. Our spacious 130 sqm villa-apartment boasts 3 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating families of 4+

Great House and Host, But One Caution

Our host, Lana, was very attentive and her villa is very attractive (some great design features) with multiple outdoor eating/relaxing spaces. The location is good for touring the Riviera, although the villa is in a neighborhood so houses are adjacent (but we heard little and saw almost no one). Our one caution is about two things that are close to impossible to fully understand in photos in the listing: the second and third bedrooms are reached via a narrow, steep, open stairway. Not good for kids, and although we're in-shape seniors, we had no desire to haul suitcases up it. (We left the suitcases below and carried up our belongings.) The second issue with the top floor is the ceiling--quite low in places, with beams that are easy for any adult to whack a head against. We got used to it and had fewer bumps by week's end, but it's inconvenient. Having said that, the top floor, like the first floor, is very attractive.
