Brand new HVAC unit! 5 minute drive to the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, UTC campus, and across the street from the Barrelhouse Ballroom and The Signal! The second and third floors have everything you need for an stress-free stay. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances.
1 king bed, 1 full pullout couch, and 1 twin sized futon.

Parking a check-in was a breeze, communication was as solid as I’ve ever experienced. Very comfortable king bed, strong hot showers. Very walkable area — lots of food and breweries within a 5 minute walk, and a very nice Food City just down the street. Excellent stay.

Everything about this location and host is perfect. We had everything we needed to enjoy our brief stay in Chattanooga without a worry in the world. The unit is SUPER cute and clean and has access to everything you need (as described). Yes, you should be prepared to walk up and down stairs so don't say you weren't warned, LOL. This was a great place. Kitchen was fully equipped. It even had an ice maker/water. The bed was super comfy. Check in was the easiest I've ever had. We walked everywhere and felt safe. We always had a space to park! I would highly recommend.

This is such a cool place with a fun vibe! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location close to some good restaurants. Communications with the owner were quick and easy and we had a great trip!

We came to see the lights at Rock City and explore Chattanooga. The home was only 15 minutes from Rock City and we were able to walk the city. Everything was very conveniently close by (grocery store, restaurants, bars). The place was very nice and comfortable for our family of 4.

The location was perfect—walking distance to the convention center, restaurants, and a grocery store. The home was spotless, well equipped (coffee pods were a nice touch), and the balconies on each floor were such a bonus. The kids enjoyed the arcade games, and it’s clear the host truly cares about the guest experience. We’d definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay…it may be our favorite VRBO property! It was spotless, and the decor was so fresh and fun! The location was excellent-we loved that once we parked, we could walk to just about anywhere! We are already thinking about coming back!

Lovely place

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is very unique and was just really cool. Loved the decks outside with good views and loved how it literally was so close to everything. The price was very fair as well. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking at it.
