We have been coming to Wissant several times a year for 14yrs and are always on the lookout for new large properties so we were thrilled to spot this new renovation. The property is very tastefully decorated and is also well designed and carefully thought out - a communal open plan living space, lots of functional storage, three showers and three toilets make this a comfortable stay for a larger group. The kitchen is generally well equipped (a microwave and some bar stools at the island would be a welcome addition, plus given the occupancy of the house an additional fridge in the garage would be useful). As well as a large indoor dining table there is a large outdoor dining table with a cantilever umbrella on the deck and we enjoyed several meals outside. Large sliding doors allow for a seamless flow inside to outside, and there are shutters on the windows. A separate snug / playroom would be great if travelling with younger children or for some quiet time away from the group. The property is a very short walk to both the beach and town centre, with generous parking at the front of the house and easy unloading of the car directly into the integral garage. Bathrooms and bedrooms are both tasteful and functional with comfortable beds (addition of bedside tables would be useful). Entry/exit is via a key lockbox so convenient and flexible. A really superb property which we would highly recommend and hope to return to ourselves.
