We had a brilliant time staying at this wonderful house. It honestly wants for nothing. We usually do hotels when in Punta Gorda, but Troy will definitely be our first call .abousolutey loved it thank you.

Our third visit

We arrived at the property and appreciated the cleanliness and how well supplied were the kitchen utensils and glassware. Fishing from the dock was very relaxing and the Adirondack chairs were very comfortable. My fish count was a total of 37. (Last year...42. I'm slipping)!As I am 80 years of age and my wife is 75, I have one suggestion: install a safety rail in the shower. Once again, a wonderful vacation!

Paradise in Punta Gorda

We loved our stay. Quiet, beautiful & comfortable. Also, located extremely close to fisherman’s village and many restaurants. The property also offered the use of bicycles,kayaks and many other offerings as well. Troy was very responsive. We look forward to coming again!

Great family get away

We spent the holiday in PGI - this home had everything you need for a great time! We kayaked, fished, swam and played ping pong. Every room had TV so we could all decompress in our own space and watch what we wanted. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home!

Two hurricanes could not dampen this friends group visit to Florida and this home did not disappoint. Picture perfect, in a beautiful setting, with all of the amenities and a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful & had so many wonderful amenities, including the heated pool, fishing gear, kayaks and beach gear! We also loved the fire table outside & used it most every night. We stayed with our 2 young children and had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

House has been renovated recently and feels like new. The family room is huge and everything is exactly as described in the listing. There was a heatwave just before we arrived and the water in the pool was affected. Troy and his pool guy did an amazing job to restore the quality of the water in no time. We definitively recommend this house to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property! The house is exactly as described in the listing. The owner, Troy, is extremely responsive. My teenagers were able to catch quite a few fish! This house has everything you could possibly need and more! We will definitely be back again!

Excellent property for our multi-generational vacation!

This was our first visit to this area. The property was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures conveyed. The pool was sparkling and we used it every day. There were plenty of towels, comfy bedding, wifi, and lots of televisions to keep all 3 generations entertained. We even played ping pong! Our host was prompt and gracious. Definitely a great stay. I highly recommend it!

Another great summer vacation in Punta Gorda

This is our second stay at Troy’s property and we enjoyed it a lot the great pool area and overall space is great for our family stay. We have gone to Venice, Naples and Englewood beaches which are very nice and not crowded. The Fisherman village is also nice to hang out and shop, neat place for entertainment.

Getaway

The house was perfect for a little get away for my husband, some friends and I. The beds were comfy, pool was amazing, we got some fishing in (caught lots of catfish but saw black drum right under the dock!) neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in and out was super easy and our host Troy was very responsive. Would stay again!!

All about relaxing

This was our 2nd year, and we've already booked for 2025, that we were able to enjoy such a wonderful home. My wife relaxed at the pool while I fished from the dock. In the 12 straight days of fishing I caught 44 fish!!! Troy directed us to several restaurants with which we were not familiar and they were wonderful. Our favorites: Perfect Caper, Captain's Table, Carmello's, Winesette House. Troy assisted us with navigating all the Smart House features. We are looking forward to meeting with Troy again next year!

Beautiful property, great location!!

We spent 6 days here during spring break and had a fantastic time. My family loved hanging out by the pool and watching the canal. We also took several trips to fisherman’s village and the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. It was a bit of a drive to get to a Sandy beach but we aren’t big beach people so it was great for us. We were very impressed with the house and how modern, updated and beautiful it was. The pics on the listing are pretty accurate. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure our stay went well. We will certainly look to come back in the future!!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was perfect for our young family of 4. Quiet, safe, and also very close to a wide range of activities. The pool was a big hit with our girls as they spent most of their time in it. This was our first time to Punta Gorda and I have to say it met all of our expectations. I highly recommend booking with Troy, we didn't want to leave!

Stayed here for a month. Loved the neighborhood and beautiful finishes of the home. Spacious and nicely renovated interior, beautiful pool and patio. Loved the bikes and fishing gear! Some issues with ants in kitchen, dirty dishes in cabinet, low quality bed linens and weak AC in some rooms. Property owner was attentive and helpful with most issues. Overall a decent and comfortable retreat, great for families.

Family getaway

Visited the area to visit our infant grandson. We wanted a family friendly meetup house to be able to spend time comfortably with a little baby by day and big family meals and chill time. This house met every mark:) The ping pong table was a huge hit! The owner was awesome and so friendly!
