Family getaway in South Florida. Stretch out at this 3 Bedroom 3 full bath home with 1,827 sq. ft. Includes a King bedroom suite, king bed, and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Newly remodeled and all furnishings included. The canal has a direct connection to Charlotte Harbor with no bridges and a 5-6 ft depth. The pool is enclosed and is professionally maintained. Port Charlotte is near 3 exciting gulf coast beaches; including Boca Grande, Englewood, and Venice. Nearby boat ramp access at Port Charlotte Beach Park. The dock is entirely available for your boat.

We had a wonderful one-week stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The house was exactly as described—if anything, even better. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the beautiful canal view, which made it so relaxing. The pool was fantastic and a perfect place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

The house was very nice, clean, decorated nice. A on the inside of the house. The outside of the house had some grown up weeds here and there. Need just a little TLC, not much to make it great. The dock boards were rough. Need replaced. Had to wear shoes at all time on the dock. Fishing was excellent, caught a Goliath grouper. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The property was very nice with the most comfortable seating in the living room of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. The third bathroom was accessible only from the outside versus being used for the third bedroom as we had expected. Overall a very nice home!

Very nice beautiful home! Everything was very clean and homey…lots of new furniture and the outdoor furniture by pool was amazing! It was really nice having pool items to use and everything we needed for a day to the beach! Spacious and well stocked canal home with pool

Easy to book and enjoyable to stay in. We had 8 steady family staying and 20 others visiting for dinners, pool, fire pit, and kayak time, and everything inside and outside made accommodating those gatherings possible and stress free.
