Appartement neuf dans une belle résidence, avec une boulangerie à côté pratique pour le petit déjeuner, parking au sous-sol, tram à côté pour rejoindre Montpellier. Pour information le grille pain nous a lâché lors de notre séjour. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
