Andres lake townhouse

Went to Georgia for family emergency. It was nice to have a pleasant place to relax in the evening. Communication was excellent. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This is the Place Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in Thomasville at this townhouse. It was very clean, beds comfortable and its location was convenient to heart of the town, shopping and restaurants. This is a very quiet community and we couldn't be happier with the property manager / owner. 5 stars!

The home and location were awesome!

Everything was great, clean, neat, nicely decorated and very thoughtful touches and supplies provided. I recommend the rental 100% and hopefully will be available for my next trip to Thomasville!

Thomasville sweet spot

Came to Thomasville to visit family.. The townhouse was excellent..had everything we needed.. great backyard.. backed up to a sweet lake… Location was perfect, centrally located for us to hit all the spots… Norma was a great host.. was super helpful with keeping us updated on arrival and departure.!! Would recommend staying here for a trip to Thomasville. House was well kept ..has a back porch below and a screened in one above..! Highly recommend it for a stay in the thomasville area.!!

Nice, cozy home!

We enjoyed our stay here -- cozy and comfortable. We were able to cook and enjoy some downtime watching TV, checking out the lake and checking out local companies. Everything was perfectly set for us. No "need" for anything -- all was well!

All was good except the lake front property

This was our first time doing a VRBO,.everything was great on the inside they had all the items you need even shampoo. The only issue was the lake we came to fish and thought the Pier and the outbuildings. Were ours to use in the package but they belonged to other houses. we had just a little part right in back of our property by a tree.

Weekend trip with daughter…

The property is located in a neighborhood that felt safe. No concerns with location. Walls are thin in the 2nd bedroom. Neighbor had an illness and I heard lots of coughing and vomiting which was not the best way to wake up. Not sure anything could be done about the thin walls. Kitchen could have had a few more supplies. We had to buy our own knife to make a simple dinner. No mixing bowls and only 2 small sauce pans, no baking dishes other than cookie sheets. If you aren’t planning to cook it wouldn’t be an issue. It was clean and safe and perfect for 2-4 people. It was decorated cute, plenty of towels, and the basket of snacks provided was a nice touch. Overall a good experience but with a few tweaks, it would be a great place. Thanks!

Awesome place

This Must Be the Place is such a fitting name for this townhome. From the moment we entered the door this place was very cozy and inviting. This townhome is very comfortable and roomy and worked well for four adults and two children. Note: the children did sleep on the air bed that we brought however the owner provides one if needed. The townhome was found to be extremely clean and appeared to be recently updated with new furniture. Although we did not spend much time in the kitchen, the kitchen did appear to be well-stocked with all the amenities. Great location and the area and neighborhood were excellent. The beds sleep very well, and all furniture was very comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to all communications. The only thing that appears to be missing is maybe an outdoor grill however this could have simply been overlooked as we were unable to spend much time outdoors due to the weather. All in all, just a great place, really couldn't have been more pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend for a short or extended stay. We will definitely be back if this unit is available during times when we may need to return to the area.

Very misleading ad description.

Ad on VRBO is absolutely incorrect. Does state 2 bedroom however under ‘bedroom detail’ describes 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Host says it is in description that there is a Queen blowup and that is not true. I have screenshots and does not note a Queen air mattress. We had to use couch and cot for sleeping arrangements. Also, House very strongly smelled like pot which we figured out May be from Nextdoor. Host said they didn’t know anything about it and offered no resolution. Smoke detector batter was out with note from cleaning crew. 🤔. Overall house was pretty good but very misleading on sleeping arrangements. Requested a price adjustment and was denied. All hotels and vrbo’s were sold out. No other option but had to stay. Have screenshots and pictures of ad and house. Just unfortunate we had to deal with this.

We are Texans and had never thought of moving out of Texas but as life would have it, my husband got offered an opportunity we could not turn down. Now, we have moved and have found Thomasville has so much to offer from great local restaurants, historical sights, outdoor activities to community support for local businesses. We are excited to be a part of such a great environment!
