Lakeview Privacy in the Heart of Thomasville

You will love this quiet cul-de-sac street and proximity to downtown historic Thomasville, Ga. After entering the foyer, you'll see a large cathedral ceiling dining and living room and also open to this area is they kitchen with an eat-in table and bar seating. I supply basics in the kitchen but, if you’re coming to do a lot of cooking or baking, you’ll need to buy your own supplies and take them when you leave. The appliances, pots and pans are here but the gourmet cook or baker will need to bring all of the extra gadgets. All hardwood or tile floor throughout. Master bedroom has private bath with large shower. Second bedroom has a window seat overlooking the small residential lake. Second bath has a tub/shower combo. Third bedroom /office offers a twin bed and plenty of workspace and privacy. Full size, extra capacity washer and dryer! Flatscreen Roku TV's in master bedroom and living room with Google chrome cast. French doors lead out to covered patio and large deck with pergola and charcoal barbecue grill. Home also has a one car garage with remote and more parking in the driveway. Please let me know what brings you to our area and names and ages of guest.

The house was clean as a whistle and offered excellent amenities. It is located on a lake with a nice walking path and a nice covered backyard patio to drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail! We are all older ladies who stayed at the house and we felt safe at all times and enjoyed our stay!! I recommend!!

This condo was just what we needed. There was plenty of room for the three of us; the rooms, baths, and kitchen were all very clean. And the deck out back was a nice touch. A yard, trees, and a lake.

The home was perfect for our family with just the right amount of space for our stay. Our favorite was the beautiful deck area facing the small lake. It was so quiet and peaceful! I was very happy that the kitchen was well equipped since I had planned to cook a meal for our family during our stay. The location was great too. Very close to downtown. There were lots of extra touches to make our stay easier as well including the bag chairs in the garage that we were able to use when we wanted to sit closer to the lake. We will definitely consider another stay here during our next visit to Thomasville. Linda is an excellent host!

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back deck and it was pretty quiet even with neighbors. Owner is very accommodating and the kitchen is well stocked even with coffee and the condiments.

Graduation Weekend

We loved our stay in Thomasville. This was the perfect place to stay and not a bad drive to Tallahassee to watch our son graduate Florida State. We had plenty of room, and the host added wonderful touches to make this so nice and comfortable for us. I wish we would have found it sooner for parent weekends and football games because it sure beats hotel rooms.

A wonderful time in a wonderful town.

The owner was so helpful with our trip and we had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and well organized for guests. We were able to enjoy our stay right away upon arrival. This townhome was my home after raising two children. I loved the neighbors who were always there for you but never bothered anyone. It has always been quiet and comfortable and so close to anything you need. My favorite spot is the patio/deck area and proximity to Cherokee Lake walking trail. Private well kept deck and yard overlooking a small but decent size lake provides perfect sunset views or spot to have a cookout. Moonrises are visible out front and from almost every window. The high ceilings and open living, dining and kitchen area was our family's favorite gathering place. Skylight and glass storm door provide just the right amount of natural light. Privacy here is amazing! it's arranged in such a way that you hardly ever see a neighbor unless you want to! Garage comes in handy if you arriving alone at night or bringing in luggage or groceries in the rain.please let me know what brings you to our area and names and ages of guest.
