This 6700 square foot remodeled country home on 113 glorious acres is everything you’ve ever dreamed of. Upstairs offers the following bedroom arrangements:

-The Master: A king bed with en suite shower & claw-foot tub plus enclosed patio.
-Queen bed with en suite shower/tub combo.
-Two queen beds with shower/tub combo.
-The Loft: An open concept with one twin bed and full bed, half bath, and closet space.
-Downstairs features a queen bed and en suite bath with a claw-foot tub ONLY- no shower.

The kitchen is a place of serenity and home-cooked meals, with sage-colored cabinetry, custom chef-grade appliances, and everything you need to prepare a feast. Dine family-style at the country table, or elegantly in the formal dining room. Show off your culinary skills on the gas grill located on the porch near the fire pit. When it comes to coffee, provided are 2 coffee makers for your use. A drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Coffee filters are provided for the drip coffee maker but please provide your own ground coffee and Nespresso pods.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front or back patio - the perfect way to start your day. It is likely the deer will come right up to the house, not another property or person in view! We have the most beautiful sunrises on the front porch. Show off your culinary skills on the gas grill found on the porch then enjoy your dessert with s'mores by the fire pit in the yard. Enjoy sunsets at our new 2-acre pond on the dock.

Other things to note:

• Check-in after 4 PM; check-out before 10 AM (see fees below)
• Minimum age requirement for primary renter is 25 years old
• Maximum occupancy 12; larger gatherings are not permitted (see fees below)
• No pets allowed (see fees below)
• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use (see fees below)
• The following fines may be deducted from your security deposit when the House Rules have been broken:
* $50 per hour for any early check-in or late check-out (unless previously approved by management); late check-outs after 1 pm will be charged for an additional night's stay
* $50 per person, per night for over 12 guests
* $350 per unauthorized pet
* $999 for odor removal (from smoking, vaping, etc.)
* $50 per hour for excessive cleaning
* Guest agrees to forfeit their damage deposit in its entirety in the event of a party
*Feel free to enjoy our children's toys and games, but handle them with care. Notify us promptly if anything happens to break before they discover it themselves.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
