What makes this property unique
This house in on 1/3 of an acre and was built in the 1940’s with the most impeccable framing and craftsmanship. I kept the best of the best and modernized with all the new building code and tech. Everything you touch is new as well as plumbing and electrical. It’s a ranch style building with a modern redesigned floorplan designed specifically for confort and practicality. I made sure there were plugs conveniently placed for guests, great lighting, fans, side tables, comfy mattresses, pillows, linens. There’s a smart tv where you can connect all your streaming services and it will automatically log you out at check out. There’s a great sound system with Bluetooth for movies and music.
