Facing south with sea views, the house is located 150m from the beach (2 min walk) and the GR 34 (coastal path). It is located in a cul-de-sac and enjoys a very quiet environment. Spacious and comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2014 with quality materials.

The interior is perfectly equipped and the garden is sunny all day, offering a large open space to enjoy the view.
