LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: Your apartment has been fitted with bed linens and a full set of bath linens in accordance with the number of persons booked. Notwithstanding that R213 does it utmost to foster a culture of sustainability, additional linen refreshment services are available.

PARKING: R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 17h30, pending a 5€ supplement per piece of luggage.

LATE CHECK-OUT: By default, our check-out time is until 11h00. A late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 15h00 are subject to availability and a 60€ supplement. For a departure after 15h00, we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.

BABY CRIBS: Baby-cribs including a full set of linens is available pending a 12€ daily charge.

We were very happy to stay here! The apartment is even larger than we thought, very clean, and the host was very communicative in making sure we were ok and with instructions on how to get there. We actually wished we were staying there longer because it was so nice and comfortable. We felt like VIPs. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Elegant and roomy apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much in this elegant and roomy apartment! It had every amenity and was located close to museums and shops in a safe neighborhood. Public bikes and scooters are right out the front door, too. We rode scooters to the Magritte Museum and historic sites.

Weekend Break in Brussels

The property was lovely, spacious, well decorated and comfortable and had everything we needed for a fab weekend away. Tram and metro stops were close by, as were shops. Guest co-ordinator was friendly and very helpful. Fab all round - would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and spacious apartment

The apartment was amazingly comfortable. There is a completely full, well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The touristy areas were easily accessible by tram and train. It was a fabulous home away from home.

Very spacious apartment in convenient location

The apartment is wonderfully spacious, light, attractive interior design, and very well equipped. It is ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day's sightseeing. Located near to the Metro and two tram lines makes it a good base to explore the city from, and it's only 10 minutes' walk to the centre. Arrangements for access on arrival were very smooth, and the apartment feels extremely secure within a managed building. Only downside are the nearby trams which are noisy when the windows are open, and vibrations can be felt through the apartment.

The concept of R213 residences has been skilfully orchestrated by the owners, the Liman family, whose passion for hospitality guarantees you a real “pied à terre” in Brussels.

Why they chose this property

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.

Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.

On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
