This house is completely renovated with a lot of space for you, family and/or friends. The entire house for you and your family. We have a beautiful pool with a Grill for your convinience and a garage that can fit two cars 3 bedrooms for up to 7 persons. A 65" TV in the living room. Wi-Fi. The house has everything you need to have a relaxing time.

A Nice Stay

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and with plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine and some seasonings as well. The bed was very comfortable too. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall we enjoyed everything and would definitely come back next time!

My husband and his cousins came down to Florida for the weekend. Julio’s place was exactly as described on VRBO. The house was very spacious for 4 guys. The communication with Julio was very easy. They loved his place and said they would definitely stay again.

If you looking for the bare minimum, choose here!

This host left a minimal amount of essentials for us to use while at this place, 1 bath towel / person, plus 1 washcloth, no hand towels provided in either bath so we used our washcloths, coffee maker was a small 5 cup carafe, 2 12 cup coffee makers in the cupboard but missing the carafes, no end tables and minimal seating in the living room, both bathrooms need updated, would not use this host again.

I hope future guests take a look at your retaliation review and understand what it actually is. Both bathrooms are updated and the best compared to any other stay in the area. All you said it was missing was provided and you inquired about more of it for your 3 night stay. Great time

I drove down with my wife, mother in law and dog to stay at this location. We were looking for a nice quiet place with a pool to just relax for a few days and we found exactly that. 3 nice size bedrooms 2 bathrooms and ample living space, we were even able to host some family that live in the area. The place was nice and clean, very updated. There were a few minor things that could use a little maintenance but nothing that caused any issues, I communicated those concerns with Julio and I’m certain he will attend to them asap. I would highly recommend this stay and would book here again myself if my schedule allowed me to.

Disappointing

Dirty pool, needs screen house due to two trees in back yard. Terrible living room furniture. No seat or back support. No water hook up to refrigerator. Broken pocket doors (3). Broken glass shower door, hence missing. Limited silverware. Back yard fence falling down. Broken gate hinge to yard. Missing smoke detector. Stayed a month and felt I paid way too much given the condition.

Hi Stephen. All the things you complained about we offered you to fix them and you told us you didnt want us to fix it. Pool was serviced once a week and there were items for cleaning the leaves as well. You paid too much for the platform fees not us charging a lot. We have never had this type of review before.

Immaculate Home, Minor suggestions

We (3 adults, all family) stayed here for 3 nights. The home is located 1 mile from family so it was very convenient for our stay. It is a quiet neighborhood which was ideal for us. I gave this home 5 stars because the description of the home and the photos were accurate. Some suggestions I would offer is to make the main TV easier to use, having a remote that had no words on (telling what each button did) was very frustrating. Netflix app available but unable to logout of existing account to log into ours, unable to use expiating account as it was password protected. Keep the apps but allow guests to login to their own accounts. House sleeps 7, number of towels in home is 7 so pool and shower towels are the same. Provide more towels. The fridge has the water/icemaker, but it is not hooked up and only one ice tray supplied. The pool had sand on bottom, have a person come on guest arrival days. The leaves are inevitable but to see sand/dirt at bottom was discouraging. Cordless vacuum was a plus for last night clean up. Washer/dryer was a plus as we did laundry and the towels. Never heard pool pump and never felt the air being pushed out under water vents (unsure what that is called). I raked a little around the deep end which did seem to help with leaves not going in the pool. The trees are gorgeous so we didn’t mind the leaves. Overall the cleanliness, location, pool, grill and owner are all top notch. Thank you for making a difficult trip comfortable for us

Quiet & spacious place

The house was very clean and spacious I love that there was a pool for my family and I to swim and enjoy in privately. The pictures don’t do it justice because the house itself is more gorgeous in person. Beware they are a few bugs and insects around the property. I do wish that the pillows & mattress were more comfortable in the master bedroom. Bring your own if you can — Overall all the furniture in the rooms are new and there’s a lot of closet space. If you want to barbecue outside definitely bring the propane to Walmart so you can get it refilled rather than buying a whole new one. There’s alot of shops near by so renting a car is a must to get around. My family and I had a nice relaxing time here.

Nice home

House was clean, worked great for our family of 4. Only got to use the pool one time because of the rain, did think the water was a little cold and what I thought it was going to be considering how hot it is. Would be nice to have a table and more sitting by the pool. Being able to park in garage was great! Would rent this hom again if in area!
